Closeness to centre of City, good breakfasts, homliness. In particular I had a problem with my vehicle, my battery was flat due to very cold weather, minus 20 C. Hotel staff looked after the problem and had me on the road in no time. |

Situated in walking distance to the main sights of Old Krakow, very friendly and helpfull, english speaking staff. The hotel is small and cosy, but with no real lounge, and the restaurant is seldom open. But the downstairs bar is nice. Breakfast is heavenly! Beautiful building, and large, nice rooms. Old fashioned interior to match the building, but modern fasilities. They only have hard matresseses, so some people might find the beds uncomfortable (my friend already has a troublesome spine, and she did not sleep well. I slept perfectly). Breakfast should be served in the beautiful restaurant rather than down in the bar. The hotel is in a rather quiet and safe street, but noice from the tram might be a problem in the early morning hours. |

Excellent hotel-lovely rooms-very luxurious. Great Food. Great pub in basement for quiet drink and food lovely. 5 mins walk from old city. Just fantastic! |

location to town square, bathroom was good, tall ceilings in bedroom, comfortable bed the decor or style is 1970s. the rooms need an upgrade without losing their particular charm. therefore, rooms are a little expensive |

Muy buena ubicación e instalaciones. El trato del personal, inmejorable. El hecho de no tener persianas en la habitación hacia que fuese imposible evitar que quedase inundada de luz a las 6 de la mañana. |

Wynajmowalismy 2 pokoje, jeden z nich byl przestronny i stylowy. Bardzo blisko Starowki. Ostoya dysponuje platnym parkingiem, ktory jest zbyt oddalony od budynku hotelowego. |

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, mooi hotel met ruime kamers en grote mooi badkamer met bad en douche. Alles was netjes schoon, goed ontbijt, goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Locatie super, 5 minuten lopen naar het centrum. |

Lokalizacja. Miła obsługa w recepcji. Totalna rozbieżnośc pomiędzu tym co można było zastać w hotelu a 4*. Serwis w czasie śniadania na skandalicznym poziomie. Mógłbym długi opisywać co było nie tak ale jako przykład podam tylko fakt, że zabrakło sztućców (!) dla koleżanki i dostała je dopiero po 10 minutach jak juz wystygło to co było na talerzu. Szkoda było mi tylko dwóch sympatycznych dziewczyn, które bardzo się starały ale nie dawały rady. Moim zdaniem 4* przynane awansem (albo w stylu tureckim). Proponuje właścicielowi, żeby choć raz skorzystał z 4* hotelu i wyciągnął wnioski sam. |

Das Bad sowie das Frühstücksbuffet JA, jede Menge:Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr minimiert. Bspw. gab es keine Extragläser für die Minibar. Diese war nur mit je einem Getränk bestückt.Zwei kleine Biere waren somit nicht möglich. Meine Medikamente nahm ich mit Hilfe der Zahnputzbecher. Die Zimmerreinigung war unter jeder Kritik. Das Leintuch wurde nicht mal glattgezogen, sondern nur die Decke darübergeworfen. Der WC Deckel starrte unterhalb von Kotspuren. Kein Schuhlöffel, keine Extrastecksode zum Handyladen, der Parkplatz ist eine eingezäunte, staubige Schotterwiese, etc. |

Miła obsługa, atmosfera i wystrój bardzo ciekawe. Brak zasłon w oknach na poddaszu przez co przy stronie wschodniej słońce świeci tak mocno, że o 6:00 już nie można spać! |
