I really enjoyed staying in room 11 for the first 2 nights of our stay.
I did not like the fact that we were asked to leave our room and re-locate to another room because you had already booked it for someone else. The room we were given smelt very badly of cigarette smoke which I found disgusting. At breakfast, there was never any milk available for coffee, and the coffee was always cold.
