Pałac Czarny Las  

A wonderful place! It was really worth staying. Very friendly stuff. Beautiful rooms. Lovely garden. It was great to sit out side, have a drink, listen to the birds and watch the stocks on their nest. My wife and me, we would love to come to Palac Czarny Las again soon!

Food was great both for breakfast and for dinner in the restaurant.

The bedding was OK. The mattresses could be updated.

Hotel is in very beautiful place, stylish. Check-in / out is fast and easy. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom is one of best I ever meet. In room is always quite. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. Wi-fi signal is not very strong however it's stable and internet speed is good. No problem with parking.

It's a bit difficult to find hotel when going there first time. There is only 1 electric socket in room.

Staff is very good, breakfast is fresh and tasty. Hotel is placed in a park, very nice...but it's not very easy to find it when going there first time. The best is that there are not such small imperfections like in any other hotel. It's definately one of the best hotel I've ever meet.

The hotel is set in the quiet countryside about 100km north of Krakow. The hotel and grounds are gorgeous - a real retreat. Lovely breakfast offering, nice newly decorated large room and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Our room was in the new part of the hotel, still a gorgeous room but not as authentic as the rooms in the main building. The only downside was in the middle of this beautiful countryside our view was of car park building behind the restaurant (rm 212). I'm sure we could have asked to change but we were only there one night and we arrived late.

Design of the hotel.

Poor quality of the breakfast. Scrambled egg and sausages barely warm. Little to choose from and poorly arranged. Some ingreadients look they were in the cold counter for longer than a day. 4* hotel should have always top notch breakkie.

Old world elegant country manor excelent price to quality ratio.Strongly recomended for oversees travelers to get taste of old elegant Europe.

Ein wunderschöner Abschluss unserer Reise. Wir waren bereits zum 2.mal dort und wieder sehr zufrieden.Die Lage, das Essen, die Unterkunft, alles sehr empfehlenswert.

Sposób podania wędlin na śniadanie nie do zaakceptowania, ktoś chyba chciał aby to był artystyczny nieład, a wyglądało, jak resztki pozbierane z poprzedniego wieczoru

Często korzystam z usług hoteli, i mam dość krytyczną naturę, ale tu właściwie nie ma do czego się przyczepić. Dworek utrzymany w czystości, urządzony oryginalnie i ze smakiem, czysto, elegancko. Personel na recepcji przemiły i uprzejmy. Kelner/barman p. Grzegorz L. - pierwsza klasa, elegancja, dystynkcja, wyczucie i zaangażowanie. Pokój ciekawie urządzony, ciepło w zimę. W ogóle wszyscy w obiekcie mili, optymistyczni i sympatyczni, jak nie w Polsce:)) polecam z czystym sercem.

jedyne co sprawiło trudność to dojazd, wieczorem nawigacja wyprowadziała w polną drogę:)

Polecam spróbowanie dań serwowanych w hotelowej restauracji...pycha!

Obsługa nie poinformowała mnie o dodatkowej opłacie za korzystanie z sauny. Dodatkowo nigdzie nie można było znależć takiej informacji ( nawet w hotelowym informatorze znajdującym się w pokoju). Stąd nie miła niespodzianka przy zakończeniu pobytu... +50zł.

Сказачное место, очень уютный отель. Приветливый персонал. Есть все необходимое для романтического отдыха.

Далекова-то от основной трассы. По дороге мало указателей. Мы заезжали позно вечером и честно говоря было страшнова-то. Нашли только благодаря навигатору.

Tout! C'est un endroit absolument delicieux pour toute personne qui aurait sejourner dans la region de Czestochowa ou Katowice. Le chateau est tres joli, les chambres decorees avec gout, les salles de bains luxueuses, le petit dejeuner delicieux, le diner excellent (Le restaurant est digne d'un palace, le service excessivement soigné, les menus inventifs et fins. Le personnel adorable.

L'acces est un peu difficile (eviter d'y arriver la nuit), il faudrait multiplier les pancartes, car c'est dans un tout petit village qui n'est pas reference sur le GPS.

Brak czegoś normalnego(np.schabowy)w menu restauracji.Same udziwnione dania,ale nie ulega wątpliwości że bardzo dobre.Brak zaplecza wypoczynkowego(kręgle,bilard,jakieś małe spa)Dobrze że jest solarium(chociaż szkoda że dla gości hotelowych też płatne).

Wystrój - piękne meble, architektura, bardzo miły personel, teren wokół hotelu, śniadanie

Phantastisches Hotel, sehr hilfreiches Personal, wunderschöne Lage - mit einem Wort: wirklich empfehlenswert.

Zeer rustig gelegen. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitgangspunt moet wel rust zijn, de omgeving biedt verder helemaal niets. Restaurant is uitstekend. Prachtige tuin.
