The hotel is very central, situated right in the Square in the 'Old Town' and was very easy to find upon arrival at Krakow train/bus station. The decor and furnishing in our room was fantastic, although I would liked tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and spoke exceptionally good English. Breakfasts were buffet style with plenty to choose from, including freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening, apparently it had just changed management and as it was empty on our first night, we went out. We found a lovely restaurant which served good food at a very reasonable price a short stroll away and eat there on two of our three nights stay. The decor of the bar at the hotel was ultra modern and not very inviting. We had a drink there but it was quite expensive and most of the time it was empty. |

The situation of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of krakow square. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, its original features were stunning. Beds are extremely comfortable and good quality bed linen. No tea or coffee making facilites in rooms. The breakfast was a bit bland and the "egg chef" was a strange addition. |

The hotel could not be better located and generally it is well furnished and very comfortable and the staff are helpful. In general by Polish standards it is excellent. |

the staff were very welcoming and helpful there was insufficient information in advance about the closed road. Also the room was quoted in Euros but when charged, in Zloty with a rate of their choice. The staff had no discretion in the matter. This is a big put off!! |

We loved the atmosphere at the hotel,the location was excellent,the staff were very helpfull and made our stay a real pleasure.I would definitely stay again and would recommend it. The only thing that could really be improved was the quality of the bathroom towels.A 5* Hotel should have large fluffy towels. |

The friendliness and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the room and the stunning location right on the main square. We ate in the Fusion restuarant which we thought was poor value for money. The lack of a bath in the room, for a luxury city hotel where people need to soak aching feet was disappointing. We particularly disliked the caged birds in the bar area, far too small a cage. |

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very professional. Its excellent location on the main square made it a perfect place to stay and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else if I were to visit Krakow again. I would highly recommend the Palac Bonerowski to travellers who enjoy high quality and who consider hotels to be an important element of their holiday. |

Nice ambience, great location on the main square, esquisite breakfast in the room with no extra charge (also with hot food and fresh fruit). Helpful staff. The absence of an hotel parking. Anyway there are some parking-lots 2-300 meters from the hotel. The bathroom is very refined, but could be bigger. |
