Pałac Bonerowski

Es un pequeño palacio con la mejor ubicación que se puede pedir en Cracovia.Tiene todo el confort que se puede pedir de un hotel con las habitaciones amplas como para disfrutarlas. la atención es muy buena y el desayuno es muy bueno. Tal vez lo único que se puede objetar es que es un poco caro

Las instalaciones no son de un hotel de 5 estrellas ni mucho menos, escasamente llega a tres y por lo tanto el precio es muy elevado para la calidad de los servicios que ofrecen. Atención muy mala por parte del personal.

La situacion de Hotel es en el centro der ciudad.Couldn´t be better located.

La cama es too small. Tipo queen size for a matrimonio. I am 1.95 m . No existe en el hotel, ni en la habitacion , ni en la recepcion una lista de canales de television. Hay mas que 200 numeros......de canales pero mucho no tiene signal

The hotel is very central, situated right in the Square in the 'Old Town' and was very easy to find upon arrival at Krakow train/bus station. The decor and furnishing in our room was fantastic, although I would liked tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and spoke exceptionally good English. Breakfasts were buffet style with plenty to choose from, including freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening, apparently it had just changed management and as it was empty on our first night, we went out. We found a lovely restaurant which served good food at a very reasonable price a short stroll away and eat there on two of our three nights stay.

The decor of the bar at the hotel was ultra modern and not very inviting. We had a drink there but it was quite expensive and most of the time it was empty.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff - They were always smiling and always very willing to help. They were also willing to help me improve my Polish. The meal I had at the restaurant was probably the best I had all week.

The Hotel is stunning: simply inspiring. The room are very big and bright. The location the best you can get.

Its central location and adjacent to some good rasturants in main market square.

The resturant prices are too expensive.

We ate in the Fusion restuarant which we thought was poor value for money. The lack of a bath in the room, for a luxury city hotel where people need to soak aching feet was disappointing. We particularly disliked the caged birds in the bar area, far too small a cage.

The room was always clean and the staff very pleasent and helpful, a very good breakfast

One night without any hot water, a letter drop informing the guests would have saved us running the water and waiting for the water to change to hot

Beautiful building, great location, Comfortable rooms, very helpful and friendly staff and excellent breakfasts. Trendy bar attached with impressive range of cocktails.

The central position, the cleanliness,the vast room, the young enthusiastic staff

The bathroom furniture was not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel.
