Hôtel magnifique idéalement situé sur la place principale (Rynek Glowny) mais très calme (double vitrage très efficace, presque trop), le personnel est très attentionné et discret, petit-déjeuner délicieux, hôtel 5 étoiles à taille humain très intime (nombre de chambres peu élevé) |

It is definitely one of the best places to stay in Cracow (or even in Poland)! On top of that, they upgraded our room free of charge. |

excellent location, exquite building - interior and exterior, beautiful spacious rooms, a wide variety of ancillary items, hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful - definately 5 star service and experience. unfortunately no tea and coffee facilities in the room, besides that fantastic. |

The city is wonderful. So much to see. Loved just walking around the large medieval square. The hotel is right on the square. The hotel is very good and the suite we had was wonderful. The quality of service from the staff was very variable. Breakfast on day 1 was excellent (10 out of 10) while breakfast on day 2 was poor (3 out of 10). The same in the restaurant, the service varied from very good to average. |

No tea/coffee facilities in the apartment, poor communication with reception. I requested a late check up on 3 weeks before my arrival and on the day of my check out I had been told it was not possible anymore. |

Clean, pleasant staff Hot water slow to arrive and never hot. Drain in sink malfunctioning. Curtains didn;t close as one was partially off it's rail. Staff didn't explain how electricity worked on arrival in room. Internet code incorrect in room service book.The venue is not as described on the internet. Ancient castle is cold and modern in feel. |

The hotel is right on the famous square in the heart of the tourist attractions in the old town. Everything is within walking distance. As with the Polish people in general, the hotel staff were warm, friendly, helpful and a joy to be with. The room we had was not the top of the range, but was still comfortable and well appointed; we slept very well. |

Great location, fantastic breakfast and clean rooms! Very nice and helpful staff as well. We had to ask to change room, because the room we got first was very noisy, because of problems with ventilation systems. The staff knew about it, so they should have the problems fixed rather than offer guests a noisy room. But they were helpfull and did what they could to please us. |
