Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, mooie kamer, uitstekende ligging van het hotel in het centrum. Ietwat kleine badkamer (in verhouding) met een ventilator die voortdurend draait en ook in de kamer hoorbaar is. |

Het personeel was geweldig. De stralende glimlach gaf het gevoel dat je als gast bijzonder was. Alle vragen werden zeer hulpvaardig opgelost. Complimenten voor met name de dames bij de receptie, Super.Hotel is echt eentoplocatie voor een bezoek aan Auschwitz. Het ligyt tegenover hetkamp. Dat maakt dat je er al om 08.00 kunt zijn, voor de grote stroom bezoekeers op gang komt. De ontbijtzaal was wat karig en relatief ongezellig. Maar er werd gewerkt aan verbetering. Vor mijn doel van dit bezoek , was het echter goed genoeg. |

Uitstekend hotel in het centrum het enioge min punt is het parkeren. Het hotel maakt gebruiik van de parkeerplaats van de Opera en dat is 3 a 4 min lopen. |

We loved the atmosphere at the hotel,the location was excellent,the staff were very helpfull and made our stay a real pleasure.I would definitely stay again and would recommend it. The only thing that could really be improved was the quality of the bathroom towels.A 5* Hotel should have large fluffy towels. |

The friendliness and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the room and the stunning location right on the main square. We ate in the Fusion restuarant which we thought was poor value for money. The lack of a bath in the room, for a luxury city hotel where people need to soak aching feet was disappointing. We particularly disliked the caged birds in the bar area, far too small a cage. |

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very professional. Its excellent location on the main square made it a perfect place to stay and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else if I were to visit Krakow again. I would highly recommend the Palac Bonerowski to travellers who enjoy high quality and who consider hotels to be an important element of their holiday. |

Nice ambience, great location on the main square, esquisite breakfast in the room with no extra charge (also with hot food and fresh fruit). Helpful staff. The absence of an hotel parking. Anyway there are some parking-lots 2-300 meters from the hotel. The bathroom is very refined, but could be bigger. |

The location on the Market square could not be better! The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. The food in the restaurant was top quality - both in taste and presentation. The staff were very helpful and professional. |
