The hotel is one of the best I have stayed at ever. The room was large and spacious, the restaurant served very fine food and excellent wine, the bar was modern and not too busy and the night club in the basement was chic and modern, but you could hear no noice from your room. Excellant location, welcoming reception with attention to detail upon arrival. Impressive staircase with beautiful chandiliers, rooms spacious and royal, very comfortable. Hotel bar trendy and cellar nightclub quirky with no noise disruption. Italian restaurant in hotel having foods which melts in the mouth. All in all fabulous stay.

The hotel was excellent - and we have stayed in some really lovely places before. The reception staff were efficient and courteous (with excellent english). The location could not have been better - right on the square but never any noise due to soundproofed windows - there is a lively bar/disco in the basement (should you want it) but again, never any noise to interfere with a great nights sleep - oh in exceptionally large & comfy beds. Truely deserves its reputation as one of the best hotels in Krakow.

The hotel is very central, situated right in the Square in the 'Old Town' and was very easy to find upon arrival at Krakow train/bus station. The decor and furnishing in our room was fantastic, although I would liked tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and spoke exceptionally good English. Breakfasts were buffet style with plenty to choose from, including freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening, apparently it had just changed management and as it was empty on our first night, we went out. We found a lovely restaurant which served good food at a very reasonable price a short stroll away and eat there on two of our three nights stay.

The decor of the bar at the hotel was ultra modern and not very inviting. We had a drink there but it was quite expensive and most of the time it was empty.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff - They were always smiling and always very willing to help. They were also willing to help me improve my Polish. The meal I had at the restaurant was probably the best I had all week.

The Hotel is stunning: simply inspiring. The room are very big and bright. The location the best you can get.

Its central location and adjacent to some good rasturants in main market square.

The resturant prices are too expensive.

We ate in the Fusion restuarant which we thought was poor value for money. The lack of a bath in the room, for a luxury city hotel where people need to soak aching feet was disappointing. We particularly disliked the caged birds in the bar area, far too small a cage.

The room was always clean and the staff very pleasent and helpful, a very good breakfast

One night without any hot water, a letter drop informing the guests would have saved us running the water and waiting for the water to change to hot

Beautiful building, great location, Comfortable rooms, very helpful and friendly staff and excellent breakfasts. Trendy bar attached with impressive range of cocktails.

The bathroom furniture was not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel.
