Pałac Bonerowski  

Excellent Hotel! Rooms are larges and comfortables. Bathrooms are smalls but well organized. Location is perfect, just on the main square. The Palace is one of the most beautiful building in the area. Staff is efficient and spontaneusly friendly.

Located in the main market square the hotel is perfectly placed to visit the city sites. Hotel is excellent quality with unique apartment rooms. Staff attentive and very helpful. Buffet breakfast included in the price is good quality.

There is nothing I disliked about Palace Bonerowski

Very nice hotel. Up scale, great breakfast, superb staff and confortable bed.

They said that they accepted small dogs. However, at the end they ended up charging us for our dog. Our dog is very small, quiet and well behaved. Caused no trouble and would not even know that he was there unless you saw him. Because of this, we will not return.

Reception very good. Room cleaning not great. Fabulous location. Would stay there again. Breakfast good.

We were traveling with our son and booked a suite. Although it was more expensive than other hotels in Krakow listed on booking.com, it was definitely worth it. The suite was huge, well appointed and the hotel is ideally located on the City Square. Staff were attentive, making all guests feel special. This place is a gem and I will definitely stay there if I return to Krakow.

Location is perfect

We arrived early well before the booking in time to really enquire about leaving our luggage , we were told that if we would like to go to the restaurant and have a cup of coffee ( on the house ) our room would be ready to occupy within the hour , true to their word it was . We were impressed by the superb facilities at the hotel including the food which was of a very high standard, the helpfullness and friendliness of all the staff was outstanding , should we pay a further visit to Krakow or have friends who wish to then we would have no hesitation in recommending Palace Bonerowski , well done to management and staff .

The staff was very helpful including arranging private tours, taxis, guided tours and posting my letters. I had an executive suite which included a large bedroom, beautiful bathroom and large sitting room. The truffles on the bed were a delightful touch. The rooms were elegant and the location right on the square was exceptional. They also have evening Chopin concerts for a very reasonable cost that were fantastic. The buffet in the morning was in a delightful restaurant downstairs and with a chef preparing your eggs or pancakes to your liking and the vast amounts od meats, cheeses and sweets - well you did not leave hungry. I enjoyed my stay here very much and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow.

The rooms were of an excellent standard.the dining area was also great and the location superb.the best hotel I have stayed in.

The club/pub was not open to residents,only open to gala dinner bookings.

I booked this room so we could have a taste of glamour and luxury and a wonderful view of the famous square. The bedroom was beautifully decorated but the bed wasn't particularly comfortable. The bathroom was huge and elegant with a great bath for soaking and heated towel rack. The breakfast room was lovely with a view of the square. The food was wonderful and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed our dinner in the hotel restaurant (well prepared and presented Italian cuisine). The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The magnificent stairway is well-worth a visit.

I think that we were upgraded to a suite (because I had requested twin beds) but the living room part was too big, uncomfortably furnished, and gloomy - - not a place I'd want to spend any time. And, I was disappointed that the view was simply of other buildings across the street from all of the rooms.

Great Staff, great location and the hotel itself was very elegant. The morning breakfast was perfect with a great selection of food.

the location is superb the design keeping the traditional look and the decoration are splended. the building is a jewel and the chandelier and the staircase is a piece of art . the stuff is polite and helpfull . it is an elegant hotel nice atmosphere.
