Mkt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Jag är glutenintolerant och man lovade ordna glutenfritt bröd, men det fanns inget under de 2 dagar vi var där. Jag fick dock kompensation för detta. Jag fick information om att där fanns gym. Det fanns och var mkt vackert men innehöll enbart 2 cyklar. |

Väldigt centralt, stora rum. Bilderna på rummen var missvisande. Seg personal, tog väldigt lång tid att få tex en rakhyvel. Fick byta rum eftersom låset gick sönder men vi fick ingen kompensation trots att vi fick byta till ett mindre rum. Fanns inga ägg till frukosten vilket var en besvikelse. |

We loved the atmosphere at the hotel,the location was excellent,the staff were very helpfull and made our stay a real pleasure.I would definitely stay again and would recommend it. The only thing that could really be improved was the quality of the bathroom towels.A 5* Hotel should have large fluffy towels. |

The friendliness and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the room and the stunning location right on the main square. We ate in the Fusion restuarant which we thought was poor value for money. The lack of a bath in the room, for a luxury city hotel where people need to soak aching feet was disappointing. We particularly disliked the caged birds in the bar area, far too small a cage. |

The room was always clean and the staff very pleasent and helpful, a very good breakfast One night without any hot water, a letter drop informing the guests would have saved us running the water and waiting for the water to change to hot |

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very professional. Its excellent location on the main square made it a perfect place to stay and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else if I were to visit Krakow again. I would highly recommend the Palac Bonerowski to travellers who enjoy high quality and who consider hotels to be an important element of their holiday. |

Nice ambience, great location on the main square, esquisite breakfast in the room with no extra charge (also with hot food and fresh fruit). Helpful staff. The absence of an hotel parking. Anyway there are some parking-lots 2-300 meters from the hotel. The bathroom is very refined, but could be bigger. |

The location on the Market square could not be better! The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. The food in the restaurant was top quality - both in taste and presentation. The staff were very helpful and professional. |

super location- on the main square. the staff was friendly. restaurant lounge outside on the square had good service and good food. room was big, old decor, it had a sitting area, and very clean. the breakfast was not great- selections and service. |

Staff were fabulous, location overlooking Krakow square unbelievable. The room - suite (upgraded) was an unexpected surprise. The location is fully recommended, as is the hotel. An absolute romantic hot-spot, will return with my partner - not to be missed ! Faultless - however, as always, improved gym facilities ! |
