A good location for access to the Airport. The hotel made up its own exchange rate in an attemped to increase the rate of the room from that quoted. They did correct this when challenged to the the Bank of Poland euro/Zl but the the tarrif was still higher than the Pound/Zl that I had used when I made the booking. Hotels should be made to quote in their local currency (Poland is not in the Euro zone) to avoid this rather common deception |

The shuttle to the Katowice airport was the reason why your hotel was selected. I really appreciated the flexibility to be able to take the shuttle early in the morning, and the accomodation that was made to prepare my breakfast. Taxi driver had trouble finding the hotel. It is a bit far from the town of Katowice, but close to the airport, which was ok for me as I had an early flight the day after. |

the unit was a unique layout. It was roomy and well equipped. The grounds of the hotel were very nice with an excellent outdoor restaurant |

Very beautiful, small, clean hotel.Breakfast was great. There was no air conditioning, we stayed on the top floor with roof windows and it was extremely hot. Also there were churchbells ringing at 6.am which waked us up every morning |

It is very nice and quite, it could be a 4 stars hotel, pretty good food, 20 mins away from katowice airport Everything was good, but the room are too small and they have not doubble bed.....so if u are in couple you will sleep separated....it is obligatory the car or it will be a problem |

Very clean hotel. Room comfortable. Good food. All receptionists very helpful. Good airport transfers. The television was on morning and night in the wine bar. Not appropriate when eating breakfast and dinner. |

Good Continental type breakfast, and you could order fresh omelette's or scrambled eggs. Selection of bread, meats etc diminished over the weekend though. One thing that really annoyed me was the flat screen TV in the wine bar/breakfast room. You have a lovely new hotel, with very plush design and decoration, and in the wine bar its been made to look like an old wine bar. Yet, every morning at breakfast, and evening at Dinner, you have the flat screen TV on, blasting out constant dance music. There shouldn't even be a TV in the room! |
