Great value for money, fantastic, very central location - shopping mall next door. I asked the hotel stuff for wake up call and nobody phoned...if i did not set up my alarm, i would have been late in college |

The room was very clean and comfortable, excellent beds.Well-located, PC and printer + free internet access (reception area), good breakfasts. It was not possible to open a window for fresh air. Awful cigarette smell - people can smoke in the reception area (bar + PCs desk) |

Close to city A few annoyances - lifts were broken at times, there was a false fire alarm in the middle of the night, restaurant staff are more able to speak German than English. |

The hotel is 'attached' to a superb shopping mall, only 5 minutes walk into the historic old town squares, close to public transport, taxi rank outside hotel, staff friendly and helpful, free internet access, free hire of electric kettle, mini bar/fridge in room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Fantastic for weekend break. Rooms do not have tea/coffee making facilities but hotel will provide electric kettle at no extra charge. Room Service started too late 08.00am and finished too early at midnite. |

The room was excellent.We stayed for two nights and the maid was in after the first night cleaning the room ,making the bed etc.The staff keep out your road but are on hand if needed.Location couldn't be better.Thumbs up. |

We ordered train tickets to be delivered to the hotel and they were misplaced in the Administartion Office rather than being placed in reception by the hotle staff therefore we did not receive the tickets. We are now having to receive a refubd on these tickets from the hotel which is an inconvenience. |

Su situación es inmejorable. Está a 2 minutos del centro histórico de la ciudad y a 1 minuto del museo de arte moderno, a 5 minutos del Panorama y a 10 minutos de la catedral. Buena relación calidad-precio. |

Su situación. Muy cerca del centro monumental y junto a un centro comercial (por si llueve y no se puede hacer turismo) Lo dificil que es entenderte con ellos si no eres políglota. |

De dames aan de receptie waren heel professioneel en hebben mij heel goed geholpen met informatie die ik wou m.b.t. Wroclaw en omgeving. Geen enkele moeite was hen teveel om informatie op te zoeken (ik had bv. een hele speciale vraag hoe men de Walim tunnels gebouwd in de tweede wereldoorlog kon bezoeken). Het ontbijt is zeker zijn prijs waard: buffetformule met een grote keuze. De kamer werd prima onderhouden. Algemeen gezegd is het personeel zeer vriendelijk, opgewekt en professioneel en altijd bereid om te helpen. Ook niet onbelangrijk is dat het hotel op korte afstand ligt van het centrum (vijf minuutjes wandelen langs een verkeersvrije straat) en dit dus een pluspunt is voor reizigers die de stad komen bezoeken. |
