Exelent quality hotel right in the middle of all the action and next door to a massive shopping centre. The main square is just a 5 minute walk away and there is a tram stop right outside.

The Mercure brand has never failed to impress me with how good the staff are. I know its their job, but they really do make you feel welcome, as if your stay is really important to them. The rooms are always cleaned to a high standard, the showers are always good, and the staff are always great. Oh and the pillows could be used to actually sleep on! Where as in a lot of hotels they are used to torture you with. We didn't eat at this hotel as we are cheapskates and prefer to wander off for breakfast so can't comment on the food. Other then that, its a very good hotel.

Proximity to central Wroclaw For a standard business hotel the price is to high. For a standard business hotel in Poland the price is way to high. Travelling for business, where you just need somewhere to sleep and breakfast, I would say the price should be reduced by 1/3. I have similar rooms cheaper, or at least at the same price, in Germany, France, and Denmark. In Slovakia and Hungary same standard is much cheaper.

It is a modern hotel adjacent to a shopping mall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and polite. Very good location for both, city touring and shopping.

отель очень удобно расположен, в пяти минутах ходьбы от самого центра. прекрасный вид из окон на старый город. дорогая парковка. цена на завтрак в отеле слишком высока, проще и дешевле завтракать в многочисленных ресторачиках расположенных по-близости.

Niesamowicie wygodne łóżka, codzienne sprzątanie w pokoju, łazienka, bliskość do rynku, sklepów, obsługa bardzo miła. Krótkie ale irytujące przerwy w dostawie internetu, śliskie kafelki w łazience, cena minibaru (10 zł woda), wykładzina na korytarzach faluje w oczach, takie sobie obrazy w pokojach ^^

ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro della città e tutte le attrazioni principali a piedi. La fermata del bus 406 da/per l'aeroporto è a circa 10 minuti a piedi davanti al centro commerciale Renoma. L'hotel ha la porta d'ingresso proprio accanto ad una ltro grande centro commerciale.

Dobra lokalizacja, mila obsługa, pokoje z ładnym widokiem (od strony kościoła), a do tego pyszne śniadania. żEby pomarudzić, to przydałby się basen, sauny etc, acz hotel oferuje zniżkę do aqua parku.

Witam , po pierwsze podałem numer karty kredytowej którą co dzień używam, a napisaliście mi że jest błędna ,nie jestem ułomny I wiem z czego korzystam , po drugie cena parkingu hotelowego przeszła samą siebie , jedna doba 60 zł , to skandal inne szanujące się hotele mają tę usługę w cenie pobytu , no a parking nie strzeżony każdy może tam wejść. Warunki ok. Ale nie skorzystam już z tego hotelu.

Lage am Rande der Innenstadt, Parkhaus, wenn auch teuer, direkt nebenan. Gute Ausstattung und ein absolut hervorragendes Frühstück! Die Lage bringt es mit sich, dass man kein Fenster öffnen kann und die Klimaanlage hat sich unseren Versuchen, sie zu regulieren, widersetzt. Es war nachts schlicht zu warm im Zimmer.

Niestety jestem troche rozczarowana. Zarezerwowalam pokój na dwie doby, niestety po przyjeździe okazalo się, że w zamówionym standardzie ( dla niepalących) nie ma pokoju, dostalismy zastępczy o innym standardzie z ewnetualna przeprowadzką w dniu następnym. Ostatecznie zostaliśmy, a cena pokoju została obniżona po naszej interwencji.

Przez cały pobyt w Hotelu temperatura w pokoju była poniżej 19 stopni a w pierwszą noc było nawet 16 stopni. Uważam że Hotel o takim standardzie powinien bardziej zatroszczyć się o gości zimą. Parking w cenie 60zł za dobę to tez było niemiłe zaskoczenie.
