All of the reception staff could speak English and were very helpful.

Breakfast too expensive .

A stone's throw from both the Rynek and the Raclawice Panorama, the hotel was perfectly located. In terms of the hotel itself, the free wifi is a plus. I also liked having in-room tea- and coffee-making facilities. Though breakfast wasn't included in my room price, it was definitely worth paying for.

It is a modern hotel adjacent to a shopping mall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and polite. Very good location for both, city touring and shopping.

Clean room, friendly and competent staff, good value for money. Parking available at the nearby mall, which is convenient for other purposes (shopping, cinema, food).

Proximity to central Wroclaw

For a standard business hotel the price is to high. For a standard business hotel in Poland the price is way to high. Travelling for business, where you just need somewhere to sleep and breakfast, I would say the price should be reduced by 1/3. I have similar rooms cheaper, or at least at the same price, in Germany, France, and Denmark. In Slovakia and Hungary same standard is much cheaper.

Przez cały pobyt w Hotelu temperatura w pokoju była poniżej 19 stopni a w pierwszą noc było nawet 16 stopni. Uważam że Hotel o takim standardzie powinien bardziej zatroszczyć się o gości zimą. Parking w cenie 60zł za dobę to tez było niemiłe zaskoczenie.

Miły, pomocny personel zarówno w recepcji, jak i w restauracji. Pokój czysty, wygodny. Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, blisko galeria handlowa i centrum miasta.

Brak dodatkowych atrakcji typu sauna, kasyno. Przeciętna oferta śniadaniowa
