Mehr oder weniger nettes Personal. Mehr blieb nicht hängen. Spartanisches kleines Zimmer. Weit weg von 4 Sternen!! Preis dafür nicht gerechtfertigt.

gepflegte Außenanlagen, Sauberkeit im Hotel, im Rahmen der HP war das Essen sehr gut und sehr reichlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal!

Sehr schönes Gebäude, gute Lage, im Ortszentrum, direkt bei Kurhaus und Kurpark, kurzer Weg zu Geschäften, ein paar Minuten zur Schwebebahn. Bergwandern kann gleich am Hotel beginnen. Das Hotel bietet viele Ausflüge an, wer mit PKW da ist, findet ebenfalls lohnenswerte Ziele (z. B. Schneekoppe). Das Essen (Buffet) ist prima, und ganz besonders die Desserts. Es gibt jeden Abend ein Unterhaltungsangebot.

Die Zimmer, das Essen, deutsch sprechendes Personal. Guter Preis. Bestes Haus am Platz. Fast nur deutsche Besucher. Beim Personal der Kellner gibt es hinsichtlich der Freundlichkeit und der Aufgeschlossenheit noch Reserven. Vielleicht sind sie auch schlecht bezahlt!
