The customer service was excellent. People at the reception and bar are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and pleasant. The breakfast was increasable. Very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends. |

It is new, the room was large and quiet, with tea making facilities, which we appreciated. There are no cupboards or ironing facilities in the room and it is a fair distance out of the city centre. |

Nice luxurious rooms with great views on the city center.very nice service staff at reception and specially very nice and helpful concierges.nice pool on the top with very nice staff too. Little problem with tv at beginning but solved quite quickly.so all was fine. |

Quitness. Close to city, its possible to walk until the city, just crossing the bridge. Placed in safety place. Internet free in the room. |

Comfortable and efficient though somewhat sterlie lobby/bar/dining area. No wardrobes or cuboards to store clothes in room even a business class room. More out of town than website suggests. At least 20 zloty each way to town centre for taxis as the trams take some getting used to and don't go to old town. The bar prices were very high. Upon arrival with a special rate a smooth sales pitch to get you to upgrade was given. |

Hotel is new. rooms are nice in size and very clean and comfortable. Satff is professional and willing. Very good location, close to all attractions and public transportation. No need to pay parking fee at hotel planty of parking nearby. Great breakfast. |

Convenient location very modern hotel, great breakfast. The hotel is only 4 months old and there are minor problems. The air conditioning in the first room leaked and we changed rooms then the new room air conditioning was weak. |

Good breakfast (variety of choice, volume). Gym. Some (but not all) staff slightly surly. Complimentary water I was offered was not provided each day. Lack of ironing board in the room. Same music playing every day in restaurant/lobby and sometimes gym. |

Nowy hotel, Świetny, pomocny personel. Ogromna ilość zakazów i nakazów oraz gróźb kar za ich nieprzestrzeganienie. Wyposażenie w typie Ikea. Siłownia czynna w godzinach od - do, ciekawe czym uzasadnione. |

För mig var det i princip enbart business som var på agendan. Ändå lite tid över för staden kultur, fantastiskt.... Om det det bara var på mitt vet jag ej, men det kom in ganska mycket kollukt speciellt kvällstid |
