Seems like there was some party going on on Friday night - it was not very pleasant to hear those bass lines at night. Some mosaic tiles in the bathroom start peeling off during our stay. Toilet got broken (flushing constantly), but was quite promptly fixed by staff. There was not wardrobe in the room - so you kind of have to leave your clothes in the suitcase and use those few hangers. Breakfast was pretty boring - 3 days exactly the same food. Overall it feels like better 3* hotel then 4*. If you don't expect that much and favor convenience and location and manage to find a good price this hotel might be for you.

A wonderful find in Krakow. The hotel is the budget end of the Radisson hotels range but with all the quality of the chain. The staff were so friendly and we had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Our room was spacious and colourfully decorated with wonderfully comfortable beds. The bathroom was huge with bath and shower. No actual wardrobe but rails with coat hangers but we didn't need anything else. We asked for an extra pillow which came straight away. Breakfast was excellent, a big cold and hot selection, a lovely fruit salad, nice bread and preserves, good quality sausages and bacon etc. And again friendly service. It is a 5 minute walk to the castle and 15 minutes to the main square and the walk is very pretty. We are frequent visitors to Krakow and have stayed at several hotels including the Radisson Blu but we will now use the Park Inn, a delightful stay.

There is nothing with disliked. The only problem we had was that the website says there are tea making facilities in the room but this is no longer so.

hotel in general was fine

as we were tourists,the potision of the hotel was very bad,12-20 minute walk into krakow.is on a very busy and noisey 3 laned road,which is a bit difficult to cross if you are slow on your feet, there was contruction work outside our roon which started at 7am and was noisey.

The hotel is within walking distance to the old town where many restaurants, shopping opportunities, attractions and sites to visit are located. The hotel itself is clean and although located in the proximity of a busy street, actually very quiet and relaxing. We cannot fault the breakfast buffet which has a wide selection to offer. The staff, specially in the restaurant, was always helpful and accommodating. We came by car and the hotel's private parking is the most convenient and accessible among all the hotels we've stayed in Poland during this trip.

Two minor things: One, not that we needed anything from the mini bar, but it was strange that when we arrived, we found a price list but a totally empty mini bar and it was never refilled during our three days stay. We did not call the attention of the staff because we absolutely have no need for anything from the bar. Of course we were not billed for anything we didn't have, but the reception also found it strange upon check-out which made us feel uncomfortable because we've never experienced anything like it before. Secondly, I personally prefer a bathroom that can be aired properly after use. But then, most big hotels have enclosed bathrooms and Park Inn by Radisson in Krakow is no exception. The bathroom looked clean,but just didn't feel as fresh as I would have preferred.

simple design of rooms , gorgeous shower bathroom , excellent bed , faboulous views of river and wawel castle, really quiet soundproof rooms(big plus as ive stayed in a lot of noisy hotels). short walk, 10 minutes along river to castle and oldtown. Staff helpful, massage treatments at hotel excellent.

Place was very comfortable ease of connection to all the place. Easy walk down town to all the areas. Just make sure you check your bill.

Some difficulty with the bill was well finalized though.

The attitude of the staff was terrible.

Hotel was so new and modern,our room was so so clean and even the location is near to city center it was so silent and calm you can rest until noon if you want,gym also well equipped.

Great hotel, superb service, good continental and english b/fast very very clean, could not find any fault, well deserved 4 stars, convinient location - can get the tram literally everywhere, walking distance to The Wawel and old town

Helpful staff at front desk. Large hotel with many amenities. Secure and free off-street parking. Clean modern rooms. Wonderful bathroom and shower. Ease of coming and going (the underground garage connects by elevator directly to your floor). Close to the old city (walking distance). Nice neighborhood. Free Wil-Fi. Good range of TV stations. Excellent price for rooms.

The breakfast was too pricey for us but the food options and ambiance were excellent.

This was a wonderful hotel. The Staff and amenities were great. Great selection at breakfast (eggs to order, cheese, fresh bread, cereal, juice, yogart, etc.) Location was great. 10 min walk to the Wawel Castle and another 5 minutes to downtown. Taxi from airport $20usd. Easy access to Trams, buses right out front. King bed was very comfortable, air conditioning, extremely clean room. Would come here again.

The location of the hotel is rather good - very close to the river, and a brisk 15-20 minute walk from the historic centre of Krakow. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. One member of the kitchen staff deserves particular commendation. He had come out to catch the score from a EURO 2012 game; unprompted, he produced a free bowl of ice-cream for a child who was also in the bar watching the game. A nice touch. Good selection of food; many excellent healthy options for a reasonable price.

It was just amazing, beautiful blue in all rooms, perfectly clean bathroom, very nicely designed, modern colorful furniture, very friendly professional staff. Excellent recommendations for restaurants. Very tasty and good breakfast, just great service, highly recommended

Just slightly away from the center, however, taxi in Poland is very cheap, it costs 3 eur to reach the old town, so noot the problem at all. Walking distance to the Wavel castle.
