Directly on the highway, good connection to the city and the airport.Almost nothing to hear from the traffic if you have your room at that side. Nice room in a almost new hotel. On Saturdaymorning we didn't had fresh bread at 8.00 |

Breakfast buffet was very good with widespread variety of dishes though only two were hot dishes.No noise from the nearby motorway which was a concern before we arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful. A bit of a trek into town (about 1.5 - 2km), coming back you notice the incline, hotel is situated probably on the highest part of the town - so we got the tram (No. 16 & 6) which took us fairly close to the hotel. |

The hotel with a verry good location for business travel in Katowice region located near the highway. Good price/ quality ratio. Very nice staff. In my non smoking room there was a light smell of cirarette left by previous guests |

the reception staff were the most helpfull i have ever seen in the world.especially trying to sort out trips to aushwitz and taxi fares. bar closed at 11 and too early at a weekend.and hot food goes too quickly at breakfast |

Staff was very kindly and helpful, perfect internet connection and view from restaurant is really nice! There was some renovating and workers start at 7am - it was impossible to sleep then! |

Nowoczesność i wystrój hotelu, różnorodny wybór produktów przy śniadaniowym szwedzkim stole, przyjemna atmosfera i położenie restauracji (VI p), Obecność czajnika i codziennie uzupełnianego zestawu do napojów gorących w pokoju. Przyjemny zapach firmowego zestawu szamponów i mydeł. Słaba wentylacja i klimatyzacja w pokoju, czarne plamy na suficie ponad żarówkami, brak lodówki w pokoju, niezadowalająca jakość sygnału w TV, mały parking hotelowy, wszystkie okna w restauracji zasłonięte dziurkowanym bannerem reklamowym - utrudniony widok na panoramę miasta, brak lokalizacji hotelu - współrzędnych w GPS. |

ładny pokój,miła obsługa Mieszkając na 5 piętrze straszny hałas dochodzący z 6 piętra gdzie jest restauracja i bar,nawet w czasie ciszy nocnej,złe wygłuszenie,parking monitorowany ale niestrzeżony jest nieporozumieniem,w nocy było włamanie do 2 samochodów |

bardzo zaskoczyli mnie Państwo oferując apartament w cenie pokoju, super chwyt marketingowy,, czuję się od razu związana z hotelem :-) szkoda że nie ma baru, albo jest ale nie otwarty w nocy, ani nie można w nocy kupić alkoholu, nie ma minibaru |

Ladny, mila obsluga, czysto, spokojnie, dobre sniadanie. Pokoj dwuosobowy, ale przygotowany na jedna osobe. Tzn. jedna woda mineralna, jedna filizanka i jeden komplet recznikow!!!!! |
