The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was very comfortable and warm. The buffet breakfast was also very nice offering a good selection of foods. |

The hotel was comfortable and quite upmarket. The deluxe room was was well-equipped and large enough for the extra bed we needed. The buffet was ample and varied. There was a pc in the lobby for free internet use. It's basically a conference hotel 4km south of Bielsko-Biala, well out of walking distance but they charge 25 zloty a day for parking, when there is no alternative. |

Nice staff, nice hotel , easy to find and confortable rooms (double superior). Best for business. Restaurant quite expensive refers to Poland prices. |

Possibility to park in front of the Hotel. The bedroom:I was given a room in which the bed was a sofabed and was very unconfortable. The room was very cold, the window didn't close properly The sofe had a bad smell of smoke. |

Tak, hotel oferuje dobry standard pobytu za niewygurowaną ceną. Mimo wielokości obiektu, hotel oferuje spokój i ciszę. Kabina prysznicowa z plastikową "szybą". To trochę tanio, jak na cztery gwiazdki. |

la camera molto confortevole e spaziosa, era una doppia con letti singoli, la climatizzazione della stanza, la colazione abbondante, il parcheggio privato, la disponibilità dello staff. pensavo fosse in centro a bielsko-biala e invece ho dovuto prendere un taxi. |

W tym hotelu cenię sobie standard, czystość, miłą obslugę, wygodę pokoju i lokalizację. Idealny hotel na pobyt biznesowy. Z uwagi na niewielką liczbę gości tego dnia osobiście nie miałem okazji doświadczyć tego, ale wyrażam obawę, że jedna winda znajdująca się w głównym hallu może "nie wytrzymać" w przypdaku większej ilości gości. |

Eigentlich alles, wie ich oben schon angeskreuzt habe. Insgesamt fand ich die ganze Erfahrung sehr positiv und wir werden wieder kommen, auch mit unseren Kindern. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut, aber ansonsten war alles perfekt! |
