Hotel Patio  

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the main square. Everything was neat and clean, and there was a lift, very much needed for a lot of heavy luggage.

Location - is very close to the main square ('Rynek'), Price - given its prime location the price paid is good, Internet - at last a Polish hotel with a decent internet connection - I have been staying in Poland for 4 years and the Patio is the first.

For the class of hotel the facilities are as expected and these are observations and not complaints: In my room (302) the shower is not thermostatic - you have to be pretty quick to avoid being scalded or chilled as other guests use/stop using water. I am not sure how far the hotel spreads throughout the multi use building but my room was 10 metres from the church - this means you will hear the church bells ring at 06:00. The walls were rather thin - I could clearly hear the guest in the next room talking in the evening and when he decided to sing devotional prayers at 05:30 he certainly heard my multi-language response!

Ecxellent location. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was not bad, but not enough choice and the plates were the size of saucers. Nice coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful with a good grasp of english which easily compensates for my total lack of knowledge of polish.

No tea making facilities in the room. No english speaking channels on the tv but you can,t cater for everyone (there were french and german though). Breakfast was not bad, but not enough choice and the plates were the size of saucers.

Location is very convenient, just across the Market Square. The room is rather spacious, parking is provided a few meters away in the underground parking of the nearest hotel.

I wanted a central location close to all amenities, the downside was noise from the street.

Nice hotel, nice and clean room, but the lack of a wireless network in my room ruined the possibilities to work. I am not comfortable by doing that in retaurant area, and my computer do not have a cable plug-in. Very good breakfast, worth the ekstra value, but should have been included..

Excellent reception and restaurant staff

We stayed for a week. Hotel said it only supplied tea/coffee in room for first day. We asked for daily replenishment and they obliged. Shouldn't have had to ask.

It's closeness to the old town square and hence all the main attractions and restaurants was excellent. The staff were very helpful and spoke nEnglish well which was a help.

Breakfast was good but we always had to wait for hot food to be refilled as it is a buffet self service!!!

The hotel itself is nice, comfortable and is good located to access to the City Centre in a short period of time.

The shuttle service to/from the airport: there is not such a service although is specified in the website. When I contacted the reception to book hour for the Service, they told me that there is not such a service, and when I mentioned that is very clearly written in the website (in fact was a important reason why I chose the hotel), I was told that the Service consists in calling a Taxi (and me paying, of course!). I told that this is not a Service as I can also call from my cell phone. They gave me the 'opportunity' to not pay the taxi, but in return, I had to pay 80 zlt (and the taxi to the airport costs less!!!). For me is an attitude completely unacceptable to include such a service in the hotel's description if is not true!

Clean room, excellent location,

The room was a bit cold and there air condition could only be used for cooling, not for heating. Watch out, as there is no wireless in the room - there is cabled internet. Juice at breakfast was really bad.

it was very central for the rynek area of wroclaw.the staff were lovely and the hotel was spotless.we went for breakfast and it was very good and very reasonable .

i have no complaints about the hotel and would definatly go back and stay there.
