Very impreseed with this new look hotel. Rooms excellent,breakfast O.K.,bar could do with livening up,but overall an enjoyable stay.

Excellent location to old town area

Perfect location - on the edge of an Old Town Square ("Starowka"). Wonderful, helpful staff - especially that porter who will park your car and help with the luggage. Suite was spacey and clean with a large flat screen telly. It should've more stars!

There's really no outside view from the suites which makes them bit claustrophobic. Part of the hotel is shared with an adjacent complex next door (i could see loads of people sitting in front of their desks from my window), so don't walk around naked if you don't like this sort of attention. There's no car park per se, as they'll take your car to the Sofitel's underground car park near by, which can be a pain if you have too much luggage. No coffee facilities.

I liked everything about the hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. High speed internet and wireless work very well. Receptionists at front desk extremely helpful.

The suite was a good size with a nice bathroom, clean with good quality furnishings and a huge flat screen TV. Also free internet and reasonable mini-bar prices. Worth the visit to check out the bar in the cellar, unbelievable!!

The suite could have done with a side/coffee table in the sitting room and a decent sized waste bin would have come in handy. There was not much room down one side of the bed. Also, the building contains a strange mix of hotels and offices/businesses, Monday morning was a little strange sharing lifts with people buzzing around their workplace.

They gave us a non-smoking room so we had to ask for a non-smoking room. They told us that we could only stay in the non-smoking room for one night and that they would give us another non-smoking room the day after. When we come back, they have given us the first smoking room again so we have to again ask for a non-smoking room.

Problem z parkowaniem

Bardzo uprzejma obsługa. Bardzo dobre i ładnie podane śniadanie.

Apartament (nr 20), który otrzymałam nie spełniał moich oczekiwań. Małe pomieszczenia, w apartamencie było ciemno, okna zwrócone w stronę patio - za oknem przejście do biur. W sypialni okana zwrócone w stronę zaniedbanego małego podwórka (studnia), widok na klimatyzatory i biura. Obsługa hotelu zamieniła ten apartament na inny (nr 24) zdecydowanie ładniejszy.

Gefallen hat uns der freundliche Empfang, die gut ausgestattenen Zimmer, und die gute Küche im Patio.

In einem unserer Zimmer war der Wasserdruck am Waschtisch nicht in Ordnung.

Centralt läge, trevlig personal och bra frukost.
