I was very impressed with the way that one problem was handled: In the morning I woke up to cold heaters and freezing-cold water in the shower. The phone in the room was not working, so I e-mailed the reception in the nearby Hotel Iskra (located within few steps of Pensjonat Iskra). In half an hour there was a lady at my door to notify me that my new room at the Hotel Iskra was ready, I was moved and settled quickly. When I was leving for the airport the next morning at 3:30am there was a sandwitch, a snack and bottled water ready for me to take with me and of course coffee or tea before I left. Transportation to the airport (1.5km away) was provided free of charge. Thank you, my short stay was very nice.

I was staying at the hotel in the end of October for one day (I had connecting flight). - Small good hotel for staying for a short period of time (e.g. connecting flight). - Hotel provides one free transfer to hotel OR back to aeroport. - good wifi in hotel - nice restourant in the hotel with good food

- Hotel is located very close to the aeroport but "tooooooo far from civilization". No buses, no other possibility to go even to Katowice except taxi (not the cheapest way to spend a time in the evening); - Very quiet place with forest around; - just couple of TV channels however ONLY in Polish Really boring to stay at this hotel for more than one day..sorry But in general the service is good.

As a foreigner , very difficult to find at night in the pouring rain .

Staff was friendly, helpful, cheerful, seemed happy to see us. Service was great. On site restaurant was excellent. We were not expecting much from this hotel as it was just a one night stay very close to the airport for an early morning flight but it ended up being a very pleasant memorable experience of our trip to Poland. Highly recommend it.

Finding the hotel was extremely difficult - more road signs please! The hotel is very comfortable and well placed for access to airport. Breakfast was excellent

Locating hotel was difficult late at night

Friendly staff and very good accomadetion nice room for 4 people. 2 km to the air port. Free transport to the hotel have to wait for ony 5 minits. Qualty service spesially Anna she help us for all the informetions and services. Great place to stay. I will recommend to enyone.

I liked all aspects in Pensjonat Iskra. It is wonderful place for leisure, vacation or just simple rest during the trip. I recommend this place to all people, who like to have nice, high-quality rest.

Pensjonat Iskra is an ideal place to spend some relaxing time in the bosom of the nature. It was quite an unexpected experience for us as we only wanted to spend a night before an early flight from the Katowice airport Pyrzowice. The reception staff picks you up from the airport within 10 minutes after your telephone call (making a previous arrangements does not seem to work). The pick-up is free, the transfer back to the airport cost 10 zloty, which is a fair price since walking is not an option in this case. The staff is helpful in general and available round the clock. The property has two buildings: that of Hotel Iskra and Pensjonat Iskra. The reception is in the Hotel Iskra. Pensjonat Iskra is 10 meters across the parking lot. Our room was very specious and comfortable with a large bathroom and suitable for longer stays. The conifer-saturated air was amazing. We really wished we could stay longer. Because of the early departure, we could not have full breakfast at the hotel but were given a breakfast box with chicken sandwiches. We could also have tea in the sitting area next to the reception before being driven to the airport. It was a very good albeit short stay.

Excellently located near to the Katowice airport from where we were collected & taken back in the morning to collect the hire car. Room(s) were comfortable as it was one room with two bedrooms off rather like a flat. Breakfast was adequate-not a big selection but enough.

прекрасний готель в сосновому лісі серед доглянутої і чистої території по якій хочеться погуляти і полюбуватись. номер не новий але чистий просторий і охайний. сніданок смачний і різноманітний на любий смак, можна плотно поїсти на цілий день.

Очень вежливый персонал, приятная обстановка, автомобиль от и до аэропорта входит в стоимость номера.

Долго искали, пока шли до него пешком - очень уж запутанные улицы.
