Brilliant hotel! I was picked up from the airport within 10 minutes of my call and taken to the hotel. Check-in so easy and friendly. Breakfast was served 'at my table', no, it wasn't a breakfast, it was a banquet, the food just kept on coming and I couldn't take it all. The staff were 'first class' and I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for great service and value. I stayed at the hotel for my onward visit to Auschwitz and I travelled on to Katowich the next day feeling so good and refreshed this was one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had the pleasure of!! It was all it promised on internet - close to the airport, friendly, good food in the restaurant, free transport to the airport. And I cannot emphasize enough how helpful an dfriendly the staff was. Thanks!

Kind staff. Transfer to and from Pyrzowice airport (but you have to pay extra 10 zl for that). I had to leave at 6 am and was given a breakfast package. It is not 700 m from the airport as stated at the website, but about 2 km!

We left at 4.45am in the morning and the receptionist did our breakfast in a lunchbox form to take to the airport with us and had fresh tea and coffee ready for us. Very accomadating, basic but what more does one need from an airport hotel? Just that on the first night of our stay we weren't offerred a double bed and ended up with a twin room but it wasn't a major problem- the sheets on the singles beds were a bit dated too!

Мы были поселены в новое здание, т.к. людей было мало. Готовились к блочной системе, а попали в чудесный отель: все новое, белоснежное белье, новейшая сантехника, удобные кровати и функциональная мебель. Кормят прекрасно! Мы приехали поздно вечером, а персонал был на работе. Утром нас отвезли в аэропорт. Теперь будем при необходимости останавливаться только в этом отеле. Понравилось все!
