The location (very close to the Katowice airport) and the shuttle service (included in the stay there was a one-way ride to the airport). |

IMPORTANT: I booked a room in Pensjonat Iskra, but instead was offered to stay in Hotel Wilga for the same price. So, actually my review refers not to Pensjonat Iskra but ot Hotel Wilga. The facilities in the hotel are brand new, big LCD TV in the room, breakfast is various and good. You may not find the hotel using your navigation. So you'd better ask the way before driving there. |

The staff were very professional, friendly and effective. The pick-up from the airport was very quick and convenient. This, in fact, was the main reason why we chose to stay here. Lack of hairdryer and mini-bar, although we were told that it's going to be installed in the future. The breakfast spread was not very abundant, although it did have a few elaborated and tasty things to offer. The last detail would be a somewhat unpleasant smell in the bathroom (it was clean!), so perhaps some kind of air freshener might be a good solution here. |

Posizionato a poca distanza dall'aeroporto di Katowice ( ma non a 700 metri). L'hotel offre il servizio navetta ( uno gratuito, il secondo al costo di 10 sloti). Staff gentile, colazione ( bevanda calda e un sacchetto con sandwich e frutta) fornita anche se la partenza è programmata per le 5 del mattino.Stanza e bagno ampi. Per raggiungere l'hotel c'è comunque bisogno di un mezzo in quanto si trova a più di 2 km dall'aeroporto. Materasso improponibile. |
