The reception.

We arrived at 19:15h. The restaurant was closed at 19:00h. Should open until 22:00h.Nothing to eat in the hotel. Had to take a taxi to the city. No wellness area or sauna as it was not completed. Had to wait ages for the lift because the workman in the hotel where using it all the time.Rooms where ok but nothinhg stylish as descibed. The shower was a push button to get water which last 30 seconds. If you need more water, keep pushing the button!!! The room cleaners allways missed something. Breakfast was eatable. Would not recommend this hotel.

Nice choice for the breakfast, price of the room, location is close to main atraccion of wroclaw in a quiet area and with 15min walk to main square

Get to the hotel is not that easy even with gps as it is located on island and trafic there is restricted, design of late 80s or early 90s

I did not stay at the hotel because the room was terrible, one very small room with a wall in the middle, it looked like a prison cell or a monastery cell. But the thing which made me go even though I had already paid for the room was the toilet.... so dirty, black stains.......A total disaster. When I went to check out the concierge could not care less.....It ruined my day in Wroclaw.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They can make you a lunch package if you are too early for the breakfast.

The hotel is situated in a quiet place but is in a walking distance from the main attractions.The design of the public areas is wonderful and the breakfast and dinner were very tasty.I enjoyed my stay in the hotel very much.

It looked original and the location is stunning surrounded by two amazing historic tall churches. Rooms and bathrooms are super clean, and the breakfast was so rich (you even get to choose your own omelet!).

The room was very small and there was no stopper in the sink for a shave and I call reception and they said that can they would sent one up and I also told them that if they could also look @ the blinds as they were broken and I couldent put them up I then went out for the day and when I came back they were the same also when we came the window was opend and the inside window sill was very dirty I stayed there for two days and when I left it was still dirty . Also there was no views of the old town as the on line site sead there was just a view on outher rooms .

A very good location in the area close to the Cathedral. We had visited Wroclaw before and knew that this part of town was a little way from the old town square and looked forward to the walk beside the river and through the ongoing restoration works of this fascinating city.

No curtains which in late June when it begins to get light at about 3am is a problem for light sleepers. When we asked for a room with cutains the best offer was a room with thin blinds that did little to keep the rooms dark. The first alternative room that I was offered had a bed with slats missing from its base so that when one sat upon it both sitter and mattress went staight through to the floor. The clearly embarrassed receptionist did his best to find a room that was suitable. Breakfast too was a little dissapointing. We stayed at 13 hotels on this trip and the breakfast here was the least attractive. Some of the cold meats looked to have been "sweating" on the buffet for some time and were enjoying the attentions of a fly stuch below the lift off lid.

Keine Minibar. Keine angenehme Lobby. Bedienung war ok aber nicht sonderlich freundlich. Die deutschen Zeitungen waren etwa 10 Tage alt.

Wystrój pokoju ładny, bardzo czysto (pozdrowienia dla pani Danuty - ja bym w życiu tak nie posprzątał). Śniadanie dobre, można było się najeść. Dobry pomysł z widocznością świeżych składników na jajecznicę. Oranżeria bardzo przyjemna. Obsługa bardzo miła i pozytywnie reagująca na zapytania i prośby. Hotel byłby naprawdę bardzo dobry, gdyby nie prysznic.

Przycisk pod prysznicem tragiczny - naciśnięcie wymaga zaparcia się o podłogę, to nie jest urządzenie dla ludzi o słabych rękach, czyli kobiet. Kabina prysznicowa mikroskopijna, nie dla dużych, czyli mężczyzn. Dla kogo właściwie jest ten prysznic? Pigmejów-kulturystów? Malutkie pokoje i olbrzymi hol - ja bym nie najął tego architekta jeszcze raz. Błagam o przerobienie przycisków pod prysznicem na elektryczne i wydłużenie okresu naciskania chociaż do minuty. Przepraszam, że tak narzekam, ale po to się przyjeżdża do hotelu - wyspać się, wziąć prysznic i zjeść śniadanie. Wystrój holu itp. bzdury naprawdę są sprawą trzeciorzędną, przynajmniej dla mnie.
