Formidable sejour! La réceptioniste de l'hôtel m'a appelé dès ma réservation pour s'assurer de mon heure d'arrivée et que je trouve facilement l'hôtel, chambre en duplex très design, poste internet à disposition, écran plasma géant, bref, le top! Vie nocturne à proximité très active, alors un peu de bruit |

The room was so spacious and provided plenty of space for 4 women on a weekend away in Krakow! The location to the main square and local bars was also amazing. The hotel offered a discount at the bar located downstairs, however failed to mention that you needed to notify the waitress as soon as you entered that you were from the Pergamin Apartments. The waitress and manager of the bar were quite rude when we asked for the discount as we paid the bill - easy enough solution in Krakow though, as there are plenty of other bars to choose from!!! |

Fantastic location - right on the main square. Great for girls weekend away or weekend away with a group of friends. Appartments were very clean and very modern with excellent facilities i.e. internet, kettle, fridge. We would definetly reccomend these appartments, and would defineatly stay here again. We seen a few comments about towels not being changed before we went, and were a bit concerned about this, but we just asked at reception and they had no problem changing them, infact on our arrival they told us they do not come in and clean/change beds etc during your stay but if we requested they would - we did request this and they did come and do it for us. We wud rate it 10 out of 10!! We stayed at the appartments from Wednesday to Sunday and on the Saturday night the noise from the bars below was quite loud - but did not last all night as stated in other reviews and would definatley not put us off going back. There are quite a few steps and no lift (that we were aware of) therefore this would not be suitable for all types of guests. |

Good location. Cold water at shower, wireless internet was not working at all most of the time :-( The beds are very uncomfortable (strong matress, no comfort). Dark stairs (no light on the stairs) on the way to the apartments. |

good location in the center of Krakow: 30 meters from the Market place, 10 minutes to reach the castle, 15 min to reach the main station. Pubs, Bars and restaurants in the same street or in the narrow. The appartment was clean and large. Due to the location and the bars around, some people can be noisy till early in the morning (4 or 5 a.m.). fluctuations of the shower wasser temperature for the last people. mattress a little bit hard. |

Location couldnt be better. If the purpose of the trip is clubbing, these flats are excellent choices. Flat was really cool, clean and had everything needed. Many good clubs/bars in the same building even. Due to location flats can be quite noisy (clubs and bars downstairs and all around). Didnt bother us, but cant recommend to families or romantic getaways. |

The apartment was just like the pictures. Very nice room for a very good price. The young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. It was a half block from the "Cloth Market" and many sights were within walking distance. Breakfast was pretty good with your choice of English, French or Continental. Satellite TV in the room for those lounging in the room moments, along with wi-fi internet. Overall, a very nice apartment for a very good price in a very pretty city! Nothing was bad about this apartment. |

The location is absolutely perfect. Two steps away from the main market square, close to restaurants and night life. Has this typical cracovian feel as the hotel is located in one of the gates - you have to walk through nice courtyard with cafe. Nice design (modern and stylish), very nice bathroom. All important facilities are there - internet, kettle, tv, air conditioning. Absolutely recommended. Only one small thing - a bit of dust at the top of the double bed (on the fabric wall cover). Apart from that - very clean. |

The location was fantastic, less than a 1 minutes walk to the market square. There was bars within the courtyard complex, ideal for chilling out after a good days sightseeing. The bars and Night club below the apartments were really stylish and not particularly noisey for those who wanted some sleep, depsite what other review would have you believe. The location of these apartments made the stay so much easier, and for the price we paid, excellent value for money. I would certainly look to these apartments as a first choice when I visit Krackow again some time soon. Please pass on my feedback and thanks for a wonderful stay, If you wanted to use the safety deposit boxes behind reception, you were potentially limited to access to that by reception openning times. It would be better if they had them in each apartment, however with sensible planning this should not be an issue, as reception was manned during the day and late evening. Everything else was great. |

Super central with competitive pricing way below average! Will definitely recommend to all my friends. We had huge two stories apartment with 2 bathrooms, nicely decorated with all appliances there was a need for. Only a spoiled snob could find disadvantage. Not that I could think of any.. |

- The location is very good, 50 m to Stary Rynek (Market Square). The rum was very clean and airy. - They don´t change your towels and they don´t clean your room. A bit noisy both at the hotel and outside. So forget long staying in bed in the morning;) |

The appartment was really nicely decorated and well equipped. It was extremelly close to city center, actually in the centre right away. Don't expect a quiet place. It is in the middle of the party area, with a lot of bars and discos. Until 2-3 am music is very loud in the weekend. |

The hotel was very convenient and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. This hotel is located above several different bars. Unless you are a heavy sleeper, the noise will keep you up until the closing of the bars at 4 am! If you want to get a good night's sleep, this is not the place to stay. |

Very nice situated appartement close to the central market. The appartements were decorated very nice with style. Friendly staff, wireless internet and very clean appartements. Not to forget ... the bathroom was very nice and clean. We had appartement 7 that was situated next to the street and a dancing underneath. Very very noisy when you sleep with your windows open. Bring some earplugs. |
