Accueil très chaleureux. La propriétaire parle un excellent français de même que l'un de ses fils. Elle a été de très bon conseil pour nos visites.Un très grand bravo pour les petits déjeûners copieux et excellents. Le quartier n'est pas très accueillant. D'après notre hôte, il s'agit d'un quartier voué à la démollition depuis une centaine d'années. Lorsqu'on arrive, on se demande si ce n'est pas la zone. Seul l'hôtel est repeint et donc cela surprend. Cela étant nous étions fort bien et à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. |

The special service and attention we got especially when we arrived. It was lovely to be picked up from the airport and to be offered coffee and cake as soon as we got there. I loved all the fresh flowers and little welcome touches in the room. The hotel was obviously handy to all facilities but was in a very busy area on the edge of a busy road junction and railway line. You can, thave everything though! |

The owner and her son where very helpful,the breakfast was good, about a 7 minute walk from Train Station which we arrived at from the airport.The Airport has a Free Bus [3 minutes] to the local train station, followed by 15 min on train to Krakow. It costs just over 1.50 Euro/6 zolty which you pay on train to conductor. The House is not that easy to locate Only because its Name on small DoorBell |

Very helpful and welcoming owners. Tea/Coffee and cake given to us on arrival. Used Airport services . Excellent breakfast choice to meet all nationalities. Thank you. Krakow is a beautiful city to visit, will return. Would have liked a area (other than bedroom) to sit and relax between going out in the evening after having a busy day sightseeing. |

This is a truly lovely place to stay. The property has been completely renovated to a very high standard. The room are lovely, very clean, very large and beautifully laid out. The staff understood at least 3 languages including English and treated their guests very well. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was the best we have had on our travels through Poland. Great place. Surrounding area a bit scruffy, but do not be put off by it as the local people are very friendly. |

The kindness of hotel employees; it was remarkable! They do anything for your comfort! The breakfast was excellent! To reach the hotel is a little bit difficult; there was no TV set in the room. |

The excellent treatment by the owners of the guesthouse and their staff. They are warm and friendly and we felt at ease from the moment we got there. Also, the breakfast was excellent! I would stay there and recommend it highly to other travellers. A minor point, however, the bedsheets were a little too old and should be replaced. I will also point out that it is located in a rather rundown area, however the hotel itself is lovely inside and out and located very close to the city center. |

Clean and well run,great breakfast lots of options.staff were very pleasant and helpful to all our needs.great location just 15 min from the shopping center,bus,train,taxi.we will certainly stay there when we return. Excellent value |

The staff was excellent. Very nice and cozy hotel. Near the old-town. Breakfast delicious. We felt like at aunt's home. Mostly recommend perfect service and value of money! Your's chance to sleep in the room where are put the books produced in XIX with the gold-plated book lists perimeter! Also the award of the best place to sleep in 2007 should not be forgotten and the house does worth it! |

I highly recommend a stay in this wonderful guest house. Very traditional deco and large rooms. The guest house is run by mother and son who made our stay really welcome going that extra mile. We are going back there next month |
