Excellent service - the girls working on reception, breakfast room and cleaning the hotel were all very helpful, friendly and professional. We felt like we were at home as opposed to staying in a hotel. The location of the hotel is just perfect too. Breakfast - excellent! Looking forward to our return visit. |

Young staff all very friendly and helpfull. Booked early morning taxi for us to airport and ensured we had breakfast even at 4.00 a.m! Rooms at the front of hotel can be noisy from road noise particularly if windows left open. |

Die Einrichtung war neu und sehr modern. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Der Weg in die Innenstadt war kurz. |

De situering in de buurt van de oude stad is geweldig. Het verkrijgen van een taxi is zeer eenvoudig en efficient. Van belang als je er bent voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten. |

Vi tycker egentligen inte att någonting var bra, men hotellet ar möjligen avsett för ungdom.1. Det finns ingen spegel i rummet för en dam att "snofsa upp sig". 2. Stora "duschbaljan" i duschkabinen läcker så att man får håret blött. 3. Man kunde inte få en "snack" på kvällen efter vår lång resa. 4. Gatan är i bedrövligt skick med gropar och pölar överallt.5. Dåliga parkeringsmöjligheter. 6. Ingen restaurang. 7. Beställde rum med 2 sängar men fick dubbel säng. 8. Ingen hjälp med bagage. etc, etc Sorry - ovanstående var dåliga element´. Det enda som var imponerande var frukostfaciliteter. |

ほとんど英語の通じないポーランドの中で、ホテルに入るや否や流暢な日本語で迎えられてとても嬉しかった。- ツインタイプの部屋を予約していたが、満室になっったということで特別に新しいアパートメントタイプの広々- とした部屋に宿泊することができた。Gdanskに行くことがあれば是非にと薦めたい。 |

Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelualtista, hyvä sijainti vanhan kaupungin läheisyydessä, pieni ja rauhallinen hotelli, tyylikäs sisustus ja ulkoasu. Hyvä feedback, kiitokset kotiin palautteena. Aamiainen riittävä, monipuolinen ja maukas. Hotellissa ei ollut hissiä, joten hieman vanhemmat ja polvivikaiset kokivat kiipeilyn rankkana. |

położenie, stylizacja pokoi, bardzo miły i pomocny personel !!! Fatalne!!! śniadanie, własciwie nic świeżego do zjedzenia; upał w pokojach (brak wentylacji, nie mówiąc o klimatyzacji); hałas dobiegający z ulicy zarówno w pokojach od strony ulicy jak i patio. |

Die Nähe zum Zentrum und die Innenausstattung des Hotels sind sehr gut. Die Lautstärke von der Strasse nachts, sodass man nicht die Fenster öffnen konnte. |

Die Frerundlichkeit des Personals, die Zimmereinrichtung und natürlich die sehr zentrale Lage, wenn man auch etwas den Verkehr von der in der Nähe gelegenen, aber nicht sichtbaren Strasse hört. Der Frühstücksraum ist ohne Fenster! |
