Quando sono arrivato non mi rendevo conto dove fosse l' hotel in quanto da fuori e molto anonimo poi dentro abbiamo trovato camere molto carine e pulite le ragazze parlano solo inglese ed il pagamento della camera lo hanno voluto in moneta polacca comunque tutto molto bene

Comodo, proprio in centro citta'. Parcheggio vicino recintato. Il museo di auschwich e' a circa 15minuti a piedi e poi da li' a birkenau c'e il servizio navetta gratuito. Ottimo e ben servito.

Anche se e' in centro citta', scarseggiano i servizi come ristoranti o locali. Forse e' proprio il fatto di essere in Polonia!

Posizione introvabile anche dal navigatore, assenza di personale ( solo una affannata signorina ), no ascensore, stanza piccolissima anche se pulita, schiamazzi nella stada fino alle 3 di notte , prima colazione troppo casalinga .Non ritorneremo

Cheap, clean and very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast room where you could help yourself to coffee etc ant time. Fridge available etc. Try max cafe green doors down for great Italian and ice-cream.

Friendly staff, clean, nice, perfect for a night or two.

The kitcken was too small.

Pierrot is in the center of Old Town next to restaurants and many stores.

Cheap place with decent acommodation.

The rooms were very clean, basic, but all we need was available. Very nice, new and very clean little bathroom. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Private, free parking next to the hotel.

Kitchen is a little small if several guests want to take breakfast at the same time. We mist the regular coffee (only instant coffee)

Suited our needs exactly (we wanted to visit Auschwitz). The staff were very friendly helpful and friendy. Nice breakfast. Nice comfortable clean rooms.

Good location in the center of the city. You can get to the museum complex auswitz-birkenau just for 15pln (approx 3,7 eur) bu taxi from the city center. 100 meters from the hotel - there is the taxi stop.

If you suppose to visit the countryside together with the visit of Museum complex auswitz-birkenau this hotel is your place. If only the last one - take another.

A small familiy run hotel. Verry friendly staff (the family) with some nice clean rooms. Not the most luxury one but still it offers far more then I expected for the money! Oh, and the breakfast was more then we could eat!

Near the city center, room, furniture, parking

The gentleman who greeted us was extremely friendly and helpful. He worked very hard to Overcome the language barrier between us. He insured our car was safely parked, our luggage was brought on, our accommodations were acceptable. I greatly appreciated all of his efforts and especially the amazing breakfast he made us as well as the running a/c when we arrived at our room. It was a 90 degree day and the a/c was a welcome luxury!

I would've loved an ice machine or a refrigerator, but I couldn't find ice anywhere in the whole country, so definitely not a complaint about the accommodations. The accommodations are listed as being .2 Km from Auschwitz, but it is actually a full 2 Km from Auschwitz. Very difficult to find!! We went by it a total of 4 times before we figured it out (with help) Need more visible signs - not in a fancy font - make it readable! The entrance is off of a side road on the back side of a poorly numbered addressing system. You have to look high up on the wall for some scrolled writing that looks like it says Sierrot. Thanks to the Gothic church worker who helped us figure it out!

Charming, small hotel without any luxury, but with all we needed for a pleasant stay. Plus for airconditioned rooms, as it was very hot during our stay. Absolutely worth the price. Location was central in the village, but a little difficult to find the entrance in a back alley.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived at 10:30pm and they were able to help me to my room as soon as I arrived. Also, I sent numerous e-mails prior to arrival regarding transport to the hotel and they were very responsive and helpful.

Das Personal war auch ohne jegliche Deutschkenntnisse sehr um uns bemüht.

Das dazugebuchte Frühstück hätte etwas besser ausfallen können. Es gab nur eine Sorte Wurst und Käse und den Kaffee mußten wir uns selbst brühen.

Het hotel is ontzettend slecht te vinden. Het zit helemaal verstopt ergens. Dus een tip: geef het beter aan zodat mensen weten waar het zit en niet hoeven te zoeken, savonds laat is dit namelijk niet prettig.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Verständigung in Englisch möglich, saubere und gemütliche Zimmer, ein wunderschönes Bad mit schöner neuer Dusche, sogar 4 deutsche TV Sender

Un pays aux petits moyens mais qui pour nous Européens favorisés représente un rapport qualité prix defiant toute concurrence. A recommander!

Rien de particulier et sui vaille la peine de s'y attarder.
