for that price it is excellent value! very nice room, very clean, modern, of course it is not like a real hotel, but there is anything you need, if you dont expect a cafe or restaurant, as you have a kitchenette in the appartment. just 10-15 minutes walking to the centre

It is located about 15-20 minutes easy walk from the central square and is very secure. When we arrived, the receptionist was charming and very helpful. The room was spatious, had a microwave, fridge and tea making facilities. It was very clean and well decorated. You can park for free in the street outside the hotel. For the money, it is impossible to fault our stay there. The exterior could be better presented and this creates a first impression that it is nothing special. As soon as you step into the lobby, you realise it is very nice though.

great location, in between the central train station and the time square, so both are walking distance. comfy beds, clean room and cheap price. also it is a dental spa so they offer alot of dental and relaxation treatments.

I liked the size of the room, and how clean it was. The bathroom was great. The bed, comforter and pillow. The fridge did not work, and I only figured out on my third day that to get fresh air in the room I would need to use the air conditioning because there where no openable windows in the room.

The apartment style room is really nice, with clean and comfortable room and bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (except stove). The staff are helpful and kind. The location is just between the train station and the old town, which is really convenience for city trip. Highly recommand, I would also like to stay there again if I go to Wroclaw!!

Bearing in mind that this is an apartment and not a hotel, it ranks as one of the best city accommodations that I have used. Modern and excellent facilities. Good location - 20 minutes walk to Rynek and 12 to Glowny when the works are finished Not clear at time of booking what are the hours of check-in. Essential to advise time of arrival. No criticism of apartment or owners.

The apartments are located in a quite area not far from city centre (10- 15 min by feet). The furniture is new, the apartments are clean and during the nights you can sleep without any noise. Very nice staff. Helpful, friendly and also pretty.... You can reach them or in the Studio of a dentist in front of the apartments, or by cellphone. The birds in the mornings are a bit loud, but we cannot really blame anybody for it..... That's the nature....

I liked the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. The noise of traffic was quite low which is an important feature when staying in a city. I liked the fact that there were city maps. Free ones are not available at the tourist information places. Also the facility to fix simple meals is a good idea, although I did not use it myself. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you I would have liked extra blankets - luckily it did not turn cold. A foot rug in the bathroom would have been useful when stepping out of the shower.

Clean apartment. Helpful reception staff. Fairly close to Old Town and main plaza. A very rundown area around the apartment. Not a place you feel safe walking late at night.But I suppose the location is reflected in the price. The mattreses on the beds are not a good quality as you feel the springs in your back.

the staff is excellent, and very efficient to deal with my queries. The room is very clean and new. The fridge is not working, and we tried the fridges in the other apartments - but they are not cold enough. I have to put my food in the window instead, but obviously I can not do it in the warm weather.

Very clean & brand new room!! Moreover, the kind staffs made me so much happy and comfortable. 5 min walk from train station, 10 min to the main square. There are a LCD TV, a microwave, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a safe, dishes and etc, even though it was small room for 1 person. I've never felt uncomfortable situation at there.

Неплохие апартаменты за 45 евро/ночь были там 2 ночи. в целом- вполне ок! Могу рекомендовать. Искали что-то недалеко от вокзала и автобусной станции (они во Вроцлаве друг напротив друга). Так вот и нашли эти апартаменты. В апартаментах есть холодильник, микроволновка. Кое-какая посуда (пара чашек, пара стаканов, ложки/вилки и тп) Кондиционер есть (что немаловажно в августе). Номер был на первом этаже (№2), 3 окна, все открываются, но не нараспашку. За окнами стоят решетки (все-таки 1 этаж). Занавески висят белые, довольно прозрачные. В отзывах жаловались на это, но сейчас, судя по всему, проблема решена - т.к. на окнах дополнительно есть жалюзи (за занавесками). Светильников в номере много. Но система выключателей довольно забавная. В ванной душевая кабинка. Есть мини-гель для душа (неплохой аромат), шампунь в разовых пакетиках. Одноразовое мыло. Из минусов - вроде современный, но довольно-таки геморройный смеситель в душе, трудно поймать сразу нужную температуру и напор. Есть некоторые мелочи, которые так скажем слегка напрягали. Сначала забыли дать пароль на интернет (вайфай в номере бесплатный). Кстати, в субботу (и видимо в воскресенье) на ресепшн никого нет и чек-аут предполагается самостоятельный. В субботу кто-то заселялся и чек-аут мы все-таки провели при участии персонала. Если кто-то есть на ресепшн, можно после чек-аут оставить им вещи на время. Оплатили мы номер при заселении, картой. Я в минусах кое-что написал, но в целом все очень неплохо! Кровать удобная. Номер приятный и по дизайну и по цветовой гамме (белый, бежевый, коричневый). На полу палас. В шкафу есть даже сейф. Все чистенько. При заселении выдают карту города. Показывают как дойти до Старого города. Что чем открывать и как чем пользоваться. Все довольно приветливо. Рекомендую! В первое утро принять душ не вышло- не было горячей воды. Вечером была. А утром из горячего крана текла холодная вода. И 10-минутное ожидание, пока она (может быть) стечет и станет горячей проблему не решило. А вечером с водой было снова все ок. На второй вечер включил ТВ, пока читал интернет. Прошлым вечером ТВ показывало. А тут не показывает. Выключил ТВ, обнаружил, что и интернет сдох. (логично, скорее всего ТВ-интернет-телефон у них пакетом) Минут через 20 инет включился снова. Чайник в апаратментах есть. Но чая нет. Ночных магазинов в шаговой доступности - нет. Один магазин есть недалеко, кажется до 22-00. Из существенных минусов - текущая транспортная доступность. Ж\Д вокзал сейчас ремонтируется и выход из него с другой стороны - там где автовокзал. Если бы выход был в обычную сторону - то до апартаментов идти реально 5 минут. А так приходится идти от воказала влево, под эстакаду, еще раз влево и первая улица направо. То есть вместо 5 минут - все 15-20. С вещами очень неудобно. При этом никакого прямого транспорта от вокзала до апартаментов нет. На такси мы от апартаментов ехали до вокзала за 10злотых. Точнее мы поймали такси из старого города. Оттуда до апартаментов за 10 злотых, нас подождали, мы забрали вещи и еще за 10 злотых до авто (ж\д) вокзала. Весьма недорого! Теоретически от вокзалов можно сесть на 9 трамвай и проехать пару станций. Он недалеко останавливается. Но без карты города лучше не кататься. И минус лично для меня - нет стиральной машины. Мы были в Вильнюсе в City Apartments, за 45 евро. И там нас разбаловали стиральной машиной с сушкой (там она была в цоколе), электрической плиткой в номере...))). Тут в ванной есть сушилка, но она холодная. То есть вещи конечно сохнут, но медленно. Ну и рядом с апартаментами вечером кафе никаких нет. Надо либо вечером что-то купить, чтобы с утра съесть. Либо двигаться в направлении центральной части города. Было бы неплохо, если бы они еще в апартаментах оставляли какую-нибудь печатную информацию.

Останавливались на одну ночь, все очень понравилось, сами апартаменты не большие, но все необходимое есть, нет проблем с парковкой, приветливый персонал, до исторического центра мин 15 пешком. При выезде ключи можно оставить в специальной ячейке.
