Cleanliness, location. Apartments were closed when arrived, went to get some info in the dentist clinic opposite who had same name, to find out that they are the ones who take care of the check in and so.There should be a clear information about that on the booking confirmation, or/and a sign on the gate stating same. Room was ok, however there was only 1 pillow, so didn't have a good sleep. Also, missing armchair in the room. It would made a huge difference to the room. |

If arriving on the weekend, call ahead to arrange for someone to be there to let you in. The room(s) were very modern, clean and attractive. Buy food at at the neighborhood grocery; no restaurants nearby. Convenient to the train station. A helpful and friendly person helped with our local travel questions. Good value and a great place to stay. |

We couldn't believe what good value the hotel was. It was really well decorated and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms could do with a Hairdryer. |

Well designed and clean en-suite room with basic kitchen facilities (microwave, kettle and fridge) and small table. Located within reasonable walking distance of the town centre. There were some communication difficulties regarding airport pick-up and checking out. The staff were friendly but were not easily accessible. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They put an extra bed into the room for us and were very understanding when we had to cancel our trip early. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. No private parking available, but this is a small thing. |

This is one of the finest places I've lived in during any trip. The Location, Room, facilities, furniture, ambience, friendly staff, Free International Telephone service to my home country (although I didn't use), Free internet connection, everything was Perfect ! And the reasonable price was Icing on the cake. This place would be my first choice everytime I come to Wroclaw. No complaints at all ! Keep it up ! |

We found the staff all very helpful, we were collect from the airport by the owner who was extremely helpful and informative, although he said he could not speak much English he did very well. The room was wonderfully clean and comfortable, good value for money, about a 10-15 minute walk into the square, train and bus station. If visiting Wroclaw again we would not consider staying anywhere else. Not the hotel but the pavements outside were a bit difficult. |

The building and the street is quite ugly, but inside, the Hotel is really really beautiful and comfortable. The room was completely new, very well decorated and it has everything to make the stay nice: a new bathroom and small kitchen, some things to drink and eat (coffee, tea, chocolate, cookies...) a good bed and a modern TV!. It has free internet connection too. The fact that you must call by telephone to the receptionist when you arrive because the main gate is closed. |

Excellent reception from the Dentist owner! Very obliging, modern and comfortable apartment and very secure.Nice 5 minute stroll to the large shopping centre, and 15 mins to the old town centre. A hairdryer and toaster would have been helpful but not essential! |

The owner picked me up at the airport- no charge.I had an apartment that was newly renovated with flat screen TV microwave and refrig.They even had complimentary water,tea,coffee and chocolate.There was a telephone in my room and I was told to call if I had any questions. Location was close to the old town a short walk of 5-10 minutes. |

Spotless accommodation, staff very nice i don't think it stated that i need ed to pick my keys up from teh dentist next door. Location wasn't nice at all and 15 min walk into town |
