Loads of storage space, very quiet, kitchen including dishwasher. Comfortable bed. Staff speak English and mostly pleasant and helpful. A small supermarket and some nice restaurants are just downstairs. Door keycard access very difficult to operate. Every time we entered our room only by luck and perseverance. Empty salt shaker. Provided with just one tea bag and with coffee but no milk. Television remote control temperamental. Bathroom floor was cold and just one tiny bath mat provided. Duvet was thin and quite small and the extra blanket was for a single bed. Hotel is a little isolated from the city. Basically exists in a little island with a supermarket, a few good restaurants and the Hilton and requires use of bus to get to city centre.

Very well equipped, good sized rooms, fantastic city views and very helpful staff. The presence of a supermarket in the building made it very easy to adopt apartment-style living within 30mins of arriving, saving a huge amount over hotel prices.

I have just returned back from a 05 days business trip in Poland, and I can say that Platinum Residence is an Excellent choice for people looking for good quality accommodation at good value for money. The Hotel is well located in Warsaw , close to the City Center, Central Station, and the Major areas of attraction in Warsaw. I booked a studio apartment , and was very comfortable for single use , and a nice Terrace overlooking the next door Hotel back yard terrace, and nice View for the City of Warsaw. The apartment has a well equipped kitchenette and nice seating area. Next to the Hotel a small Galleria where one can find a supermarket for your daily consumptions as well as restaurants and Cafes. Reception Staff was helpful and cheerful.. In general I would recommend this hotel apartments to business travelers Or couples on leisure for a short city break. - Bathroom size is ok, however the bathtub needs to be covered curtains to avoid water draining on floor, as well as some hangers for Towels or Robes are missing. - Floor opening door is too noisy when closing , and might disturb all other units on floor, same as the Type of tiles for corridors are very sharp and always makes lots of noise when walking on, especially for Ladies with high heeled shoes , Or pulling the bags into or outside your apartment. - WI/fi is available at Extra Charges, and I would see that became very outdated as this service is offered free by many other hotels around the globe, can be free with Limited capacity – i.e. 250 MG- during the stay per max. two devices usage and then extra capacity at extra charge if needed.

The design was very nice and prices were good. People are friendly and very helpful The apartment is very noisy. You can hear every single spoken word from people next door. Its far from down town and surroundings are also not very attractive. Another hug problem is that if you have booked or made a reservation for 5 days but have to leave a day earlier, the are going to charge you for the entire booked stay. This is something I have never had before at any other hotel or country.

Apartments are large, 2 televisions, nice interior. Breakfast is good but simple. Kitchen: no forks, knifes, spoons. Bathroom: no ventilation, after using the toilets... Parking insite the building: completely too expensive (90zl), card/sensor to open the barriers are not working, labyrinth and on top of that when you enter late evening the doors to the elevators are locked, portier doesn't hear the bells, means going up from -3 level the way cars are using, via street trough the snow to the front desk... After check out - paying invoice the guy on the reception admitted the parking is not good! Ask for second options before using the hotel parking...

The apartments are very comfortable with spectacular views over Warsaw. You can use the facilities of the Hilton (the business centre for free) and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the Hilton and the gallery between the Hilton and Platinum Residences. Car parking is complicated. You need clear instructions from the receptionist otherwise you end up parking in the wrong section of the underground car park, have to come out again, find you are locked in to another section, have to call the janitor, return to reception for instructions, return to the car park and then you are locked out of the lift and have to call reception to let you in. The first room offered me was next to a noisy group, the second smelled of curry but the third room was ok except it was in a different tower from where I had checked in and parked the car, which was confusing because I went up in the lift and couldn't find the room. The lifts are also confusing because you have to select your floor before you enter. A number of times I walked into the lift with someone and ended up on their floor, had to go all the way down again and start again. Not all the lifts go to all the floors. Because of all these issues it took me an hour to check in, so if you are impatient and only staying a couple of nights it's easier to stay into a hotel. By the time you have adjusted to how everything works it's time to leave!

Spacious room Room not very clean. Service very poor. I asked to make up the room in the morning, when I came back in the evening, nothing was done. I asked for an iron in the morning, there was still nothing in the evening. After my call, the room service brought me a hairdryer :-)

Very comfortable, lovely view, good price for its standard. A little far to walk from the city centre but you will find loads of nice places to have a drink and good food close to the hotel. Most of staff people very nice and friendly. Would be great to have some milk as well in the kitchen as there was some coffee. Some little things in the room need mending, for 4 star place this should be all sorted. Internet and parking paid extra, although it is possible to park a little further for free.
