The elegant Hotel Natura Residence Business&SPA offers access to an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The staff were amazing and so, so helpful and positive! And our wonderful friend for both evenings for dinner (I do not want to get his name wrong - I forget it;( who served us was beyond professional. All of the professionals were a class act! We may actually travel back to Poland with our extended family just so that we can stay here!! There was not one single thing;)

The spa. The rooms. The quietness. No literature for information on hotel location. Getting about. Laces of interest. The staff spoke no English and we had great difficulty trying to find the best route and form of transport to Katowice, auschwitz, taxis, bus and train travel. There were no outlet within walking distance to get drinks, reading material. Snacks etc., the hotel could have a small kiosk of some kind. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. The main problem was the lack of information and language barrier.

Set in a quiet setting, yet very convenient to the airport. This is a modern hotel with the friendly staff. The swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are not included in the room rate and cost extra. This is the first hotel I ever stayed in where the hotel swimming pool was not free to the hotel guests.

Hotel świetnie położony, praktycznie w środku lasu, nad stawem, cisza i spokój. Jednocześnie blisko do głównych szlaków komunikacyjnych. Pokoje gustownie urządzone, świetna i niezwykle funkcjonalnie urządzona łazienka. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Doskonałe miejsce na odpoczynek. Jedyny mankament to słabe śniadania - mały wybór i średnio smaczne...

Hotel położony w środku lasu więc dla chcących odpocząć-fajna sprawa. Nie ma natomiast w pobliżu żadnych zabudów ani miejsca do jedzenia innego niż restauracja hotelowa. śNiadania bardzo smaczne. Kuchnia nie przypadła nam do gusty. Basen bardzo sympatyczny. Dania w restauracji bardzo drogie w porównaniu do ilości I jakości.

Cisza spokój świeże powietrze dobre jedzenie ladny widok mila obsluga wygodne lozko. Dobra posciel. Wentylacja. Cena prawie 400zł za noc, dobrze ze w sa promocje na 210.Małe porcje w restauracji a trzeba naprawdę słono płacić a najeść się nie da.Kolacja dla dwojga około 200z. Poczęstunek przed podaniem posiłku żenada. Muzyka w restauracji usypia. Brak moskitier w oknach. Szlafroki I ręczniki raczej kiepskie jeśli chodzi o 4 gwiazdkowy hotel. Poza tymi drobnymi niuansami polecam hotel gorąco oczywiście na odpoczynek, bo okolica jest nudna.

Wir haben knapp eine Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren begeistert von diesem Hotel im Grünen. Ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, saubere schöne klimatisierte Zimmer, Bar, Restaurant, Pool, Sauna vom feinsten. Das Hotel ist traumhaft und ruhig an einem kleinen See mitten im Wald gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter überaus freundlich. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Trotz Juli waren wir unter der Woche fast alleine im Hotel. Nur am Wochenende wurde es etwas voller. Leider gibt es kein W-LAN (nur LAN) auf den Zimmern. In den öffentlichen Bereichen gibt es kostenloses W-LAN.

Hotel rewelacyjny!!!Chyba najlepszy w okolicy! Obsługa na najwyzszym poziomie, super spa,zabiegi.Fantastyczna kuchnia.Hotel otoczony lasem, blisko jeziora,możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów. Bez problemu można przedłużyć pobyt do wieczora.

Находится в тихом месте среди леса, на берегу озера. Уютные номера, отличный Спа-центр, недалеко от аэропорта Катовице. Отлично подходит для размеренного отдыха, катания по окрестностям на велосипедах - их можно взять в прокат здесь же. Отвратительная кухня в местном ресторане. Дорого, как для Польши не вкусно.
