Veramente centralissimo e adatto a vivere la città; un ospitalità di sapore mittel-europeo piacevole e, tutto sommato, curata. Parking troppo distante. |

staff were very helpful booking everything for us and getting the best seats at concerts,good transfer,good guides,fantastic position just off the square.nice bedroom with whirlpool bath.breakfast excellent.we did not eat dinner in the hotel so i cannot comment on the food some bedrooms are better than others |

Fantastic specious room, excellent service, it is a five star hotel with great style, that would be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Hotel does not have a swimming pool. |

Beautiful building, interior, and good location.Those who are interested in furniture might enjoy the stay there, as even the small candles are smartly selected. Ammenities are also excellent. |

Packed lunch in the morning was awful, sandwiches were simply bad. The rest was more than fine. It is a good hotel right in the heart of Krakow. |

Excellent staff, comfortable place. Really well situated, couldn't have been better. Quality, luxury hotel and a nice ambiance to welcome visitors. Good gymnasium Couldn't get the sauna to work, it wouldn't turn on. Used the running machine for 2 days but it would have been great to have a sauna too. |

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been. Room was big in size with old style fernitures and very modern bathroom. It has uniqe character and fantastic location just 50 meters from Market Squere. Very nice and helpful staff. |

Das Hotel besitzt eine sehr gute Atmosphäre, welche den Charakter der Stadt sehr gut widerspiegelt. Es gibt Zimmer im Hotel, zum Beisp. unseres(Nr. 301), welche auf Grund ihrer Lage in das Treppenhaus sehr dunkel sind. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster ließ sich der Zustand des Wetters nicht erkennen. Fön defekt und wurde trotz sofortiger Reklamation nicht ausgewechselt. |

wunderschöne großzügige Suite mit hohen alten Decken, Marmorbad mit Whirlpoolwanne, schönes Restaurant, Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, Rezeption spricht super Englisch! Klimaanlage hat zwar gut gekühlt, Außenanlagen dazu waren aber gleich neben unsererem Zimmer Nr. 109 installiert, jetzt war die Klimaanlage ständig zu hören auch wenn wir sie im Zimmer abgeschaltet hatten |
