Niewiele. Hotel zatrzymał się w rozwoju na wysokości lat 80-tych - chodzi o wyposażenie i warunki. A może fakt że jest "po sezonie" sprawił, że hotel ten sprawiał wrażenie zamkniętego.

Cisza, dobry klimat dla starszych ludzi, którzy chcą korzystać z oferowanych tam usług sanatoryjnych, ale nie za taką cenę. Cena z sufitu. 199 zł za mały pokój, ze starym telewizorem, nie działającym poprawnie pilotem I kiepskim wyposażeniem. Standard jak w kwaterze agroturystycznej z lat 70-80. Otoczenie niezadbane, widać brak ręki gospodarza, np. Uschnięte kwiaty w starej doniczce na balkonie. Ten budynek położony wśród innych domów jednorodzinnych nie spełnia standardów hotelu. Kiepskie śniadanie.
