Excellent location of hotel. The single troom was a good size with a nice desk for working, which I appreciated. Also great to have internet access in the room. Breakfast is over-priced (and cost more than the advertsing said)- we got better, cheaper breakfast at a cafe along the road. The air-conditioning /heating kept making a noise even when turned off (and it was hard to know when it was off or on) - one night it kept making a nosie off and on for hours and kept me awake. |

Fantastic location, we never used local transport (Cracow is also small town). Other thing - we've chosen economy rate, it was whole 50% cheaper and all it missed was towels in bathroom and minibar - it was really a great deal (!) Don't hesitate to choose it if you're on lower budget. We booked 'Double' and we were presented with 'Twin'. Staff said that they didn't received information that it needs to be 'double' just that it's for 2 people. That was little weird but anyway they've fixed that issue quickly and we've happily ended with double :) |

Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable, location is very good. I had a budget room, so I was paying a low rate, but I thought it was a little unnecessary to charge extra for soap and a towel. |

Great location, room and bathroom were perfectly adequate as was the breakfast. Wired internet aswell as wireless which was useful (better connection). Kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The towels were pretty ropy and the bedding, although clean enough, could have been better. |

The location of the hotel was ideal. The breakfast/lunch was good. The price was very reasonable. The room was comfortable and very clean. It was not far from the main square and shops. There are lovely views of the river. The staff were very helpful. |

Excellent situation. Also easy to find back to after excursions, using Wawel Castle as your goal, by proxy. Some of our party askeed, and received excellent, personal guidance from staff, regarding further travel & travel connexions. We did NOT experience Air Condition noise, as mentioned in some reviews..... As noted by another guest, a paper basket in the room would be nice. Food was not outstanding. |

Localization They say that the internet conection is free in the hotel, but you need to pay for it.Be carefull if you choose Economic Room, because everything needs to be payed separetely, namely, the towels, the soap and champoo, etc. This makes me think that they want to outsmart the coustumers, and thats a dead end business. |

Airport pick-up service was excellent and was good value for money. Reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The location of the hotel is great and one can walk to all of the city centre sights. The food in the restaurant is good but menu is a bit limited for more than one or two nights dining in. Breakfast is excellent. There was an annoying fan noise from the air con unit - even when turned off ! Only remedy was to remove card from slot (to turn off power). The "all-inclusive" deal in bar/restaurant is a bit confusing - On one occasion we dined early and could not get complimentary drink while non-diners could do so after 7 pm. Minor issue but made us feel slightly uncherished ! |
