Conveniently just over a quarter mile from Wawel Royal Castle and half a mile from Krakow’s Main Market Square and Old Town, Hotel Benefis features free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.
Score from 569 reviews Wonderful
Golden Tulip Krakow City Center is in an excellent location in the center of the city, just over a quarter mile from the Krakow Main Square and within walking distance of the Old Town tourist...
Score from 481 reviews Excellent
Founded in 1834, the Pollera is conveniently located within Cracow’s Old Town. St Mary’s Basilica and the Main Market are only 320 yards from the hotel.
Score from 629 reviews Very good
The fire escape was stacked with chairs on the 5th floor
Seems to be quite newly renovated - good comfort Level. Nice Restaurant with the hotel
River view, Good for the money, modern, clean room, with 'bathroom' with just a shower, toilet and washbasin. Near to the restaurant, center and concert hall we went to.
No parking (60zl a day for nearby public parking), small room but ok for the money
Beautiful views. General high standard, newly furbished.
Small hotel for looking over old town and Wawel.
Heating was not working properly.
very central location, very helpful reception, excellent breakfast, beautiful view of Wawel hill from room
bed was not very comfortable
Great location and great breakfast. The rooms are small, but very comfortable
location pirce cleanliness good breakfast choice
1 male member oif the reception staff was so miserable and obnoxious his face could have curdled milk!
Beautiful location, amazing views, easy walking distance to both the old square and the Jewish quarter. I would recommend both tbis hotel and Krakow as a destination to ANYONE. It's a MUST do on your "bucket list"
I wish there had of been snow- but that is beyond anybodies control
Great location for exploring the old city
The restaurant staff service and likewise Pan Gawel's help with booking train tickets via the Internet. No problem too big.
Shower door closure poor and water splashes out through door bottom gap, a seal would help to direct water into shower tray. Room number, 310.
Location is excellent, walking distance from all areas, right on the River next to the lovely Wawel castle. Excellent value for money - basic but very clean, comfortable, quiet - dont need to waste money on things you really dont need at more expensive hotels. Buffet breakfast is basic but tasty and adequate for a breakfast if you're not a greedy pig!!! Wouldnt stay anywhere else in Krakow, no need to we're happy staying here :-)
Petty but no milk sachets in room - had to ask for milk for tea and it came in a jug - with no fridge in the room we had to store it on the window sill to keep cool! No safe in room - there was last time we stayed, maybe only certain rooms have them?? Breakfast staff a little rude this time round, last time they were lovely.
Good hotel, the staff were superb and location excellent.
A workman started drilling at half seven in the morning.
Great location, great place for eating - if it will be open on the top. Very nice staff at the desk.
Small bathroom, poor eg, uncomfotable beds, no parking, any possibility to drive very close to the hotel due to historic centre and privet parking in front of the hotel, not belloning to them. Staff on breakfest could be nicer.
Good location. Good staff. Good breakfast.
I thought we will have double bed, however it was 2 beds next to each other. We might have gotten different room, but didnt complain.
location excellent-staff very helpful-price-cleanliness -etc...
Perfect location, no more than 10mins walk away from everything, next to main attractions and really easy to get to old town..
Very limited English channels on the tv, but with that being only thing I didn't like that should show just how good this hotel was
I do not have an extended experience on traveling and living i hotels. But This hotel is very good: - quiet - tasty breakfest - wifi is present for free and it has good bit rate.
Excellent location, just next to the Wawel Castle. The underground parking is next to the hotel. Breakfast is quite ok.
Pretty expensive parking - 60PLN per day. WiFi is unstable. The bathroom in the room 110 was obviously not repaired after a water flood.
The Hotel is very close to Wawel and Wisla river. Sukiennice is a 10 minute walk.
Location is great, it was clean.
Lack of AC control in the room Staff is not very friendly (they have "I can't be bothered attitude") There were 2 water bottles left in the room but no bottle opener!!!?!? No shower gel!! (Only shampoo)
Very comfortable, good river views. Particularly liked roof top restaurant/bar.
Quite impersonal, more a business hotel in my opinion.
Great location with superb rooftop bar. Helpful staff
They don't have parking place, but on the website wrote, that it is. In fact, there are very expensive public underground parking place near by.
The location is great! Nice view on Wawel Castle!
