The staff were extremely helpful in regards to organising airport transfers, city tours and trips etc. The rooms were well furnished with en suite bathroom including hair dryer. There were four different rooms and each room could be opened by the same key. Personally, I had no negative experiences with this as I always took my valuables with me. However, if you have a lot of luggage it would probably be best to stay in the hotel which is more secure. |

The guest rooms are an annex of the Hotel Polonia with whom you liaise through for keys and such like. The best thing, in my opinion, is the location, which is just near the Main Railway Station, without being noisy. You are opposite the Planty (the ring of park around the Old Town) and only 5 minutes walk from the stunningly beautiful Rynek (Main Square). Personally, I would forget the hotel breakfast and choose from the many lovely (and cheaper) options around the Old Town. And make sure you pick up your passport before you leave! |

It was close to the train and bus stations. The personel were not friendly and the room was very somber. |

The place is very close to city centre is just in it. Extra pay for cleaning and single beds in the room, we have to push them togheter to make it double (twin/double room) |

Very, very nice room for the price and a good location for shopping and touring the city. Need bigger signs about name of hotel and where to get keys. |

Great location - just few minutes from the railway & bus stations, all tourist attractions in the city centre. Nice old building, large clean rooms. Unfriendly stuff. One day before leaving, we found things in our luggage replaced and disordered and no money in it. |

Central location, cheap tariff, size of the room No cleaning in three days, so we had to use the same sheets and the same towels during three days. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. We made a booking for a twin room but we were given a 2-in-1 room: 1 big bed divided in 2 smaller beds. Unfriendly staff. |

Good Quality Toilet Paper. Good central location. Terrible smell from drain in bathroom. Loud renovation works going on in room above when we arrived and then started again at 7.02am the following morning. |

i liked that we stayed in the centre, we were very private and room was very spacious and confortable, bathroom was clean and excellent and it was separated from main reception making it more privated. the breakfast was very poor and not bar service during the night so no food or drinks . |

If quiet is more important than a view of the park across the street, then request a quiet room before checking in. We spent the first night in a front room and were awake most of the night from tram traffic under the window. Once we moved across the hall, our windows faced a very quiet backyard and we were most happy. Only hotel we stayed in that did not include cleaning the room or clean linens or towels without incurring extra expense. Only the people at the front desk spoke any English. There were no elevators and 3-4 walk-ups carrying luggage is only for the strong! |

The breakfast was very good and fresh. Our room was in the back which was quite since we had to open the window due to the warm weather. |

the room was large and the building was grand. It was the perfect location opposite a nice park and the centre of krakow only about 100 metres away with a shopping centre and tourist info only a short distance around the corner which was ideal. they charge to clean room each day and for fresh towels. |

Perfect location (near railway station and old town centre), good value for money.Good shower, large double bed, clean room. A single traveller would feel a bit isolated in a building in need of restoration with five locked doors before reaching the room, dark passages and several flights of stairs (which was akward for my elderly mother) |

The shower. It was peaceful, and I had a Gorgeous time there with my Friend. A double bed for two people would have been better than 2 single beds pushed together. Fruit and yoghurt at breakfast would be appreciated..there was none. |
