Very easy acces to the main tourist areas. Very quiet. Good sized rooms. Once in Krakow, seemed we had overpaid for what we got compared to other advertised hotel prices. |

Close to city center, 15 min walk, or take a tram. Staff is very nice and speaks good English. Matras very thin and unconfortable. TV didn't work well. |

De engelstalige ontvangst. We kregen goede toeristisch informatie. Tijdens het ontbijt kregen we pistolets van de dagen ervoor.Men rekende 5% extra indien we betaalden met mastercard. |

Staff molto gentile. Per stampare i documenti per il volo mi hanno messo a disposizione il computer della reception dato che non hanno una postazione internet. L'albergo è in una posizione molto tranquilla e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. facendo una bela passeggiata si riesce ad arrivare tranquillamente al centro a piedi. Attraversato il ponte nelle vicinanze si è subito nel quartiere ebraico. Il letto non era comodissimo, ma camminando molto durante il giorno si riusciva ugualmente a dormire senza problemi. Pagando con carta di credito c'è una maggiorazione del prezzo del 5%, ed in ogni caso la conversione €/Zlote è molto a favore dell'hotel... |

Le tarif indiqué sur Internet en Euros ne correspond pas à la réalité car le montant est en fait facturé par l'hotel en zlotis 11% plus cher du fait du taux de change arbitrairement décidé par l'hotel. De plus, ils ajoutent 5% pour paiement par carte de crédit. |

die offene, lockere Atmosphäre. Großzügige Früstückszeiten. Baulärm weckt die Bewohner früh am Morgen. Ein Bad für 2 Zimmer wäre ok gewesen, aber für 5 Zimmer nicht ausreichend. |

hôtel calme, très propre d'un bon rapport qualité prix, pas de problème pour accéder au centre de Cracovie. une salle de bain pour quatre chambres, donc huit personnes, difficile le matin de prendre sa douche... |

Personale dell'hotel disponibile, posizione buona per raggiungere un po' tutte le località interessanti da visitare, silenzio durante la notte. Strada di accesso all'apparenza un po' tetra durante le ore notturne. |
