We stayed at the Pollera for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The Location was a 5 minute (maximum) walk from the old square and over looked a theatre. Would highly reccomend this hotel and plan to return! The lack of cooked breakfast! (Their is an option for sausages and scrambled eggs, but there was nobody around to ask!) However, there is plenty of cold breakfast to pick

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable and had a lovely view of the Theatre. There were plenty of breakfast choices which were all lovely. The hotel is in a very convenient and central location in Krakow.

The hotel is traditional, charming, and the staff is friendly. The location is excellent, on the edge of the old city centre, near the train station and with lots of shops and restaurants, as well as tourist sites, just a few steps away. The WiFi is insecure. Breakfast was somewhat scanty: not much choice and they didn't replenish things promptly.

The hotel was atmospheric and a beautiful place to stay. The location close to both the train station and the historic sites of Krakow was unbeatable. The price was very good. Probably not the hotel's fault but it takes a while before hot water appears in Krakow.

Just in the old town, few steps to bars and cafes. Very cleen, nice hotel, nice helpful staff. The breakfast was nice but not a lot to choose... Keep in mind that hotel is in the old town, and there are problems with car parking, but it is possible to find place sometimes just by the hotel door( just we did) TV programs were poor..

Location is great. Easy walk to main station and old town The mark of a good hotel is not how they treat you when things go well, but how they treat you when things go wrong. Got twin instead of double room, despite email from hotel confirming double. Staff surly and uncooperative

Charming building and excellent staff Tired furniture and fixtures that are very out of date. Breakfast was very poor and not worth the extra money. Far better alternatives are available from many nearby cafes.
