Awesome experience!! Hotel is in great Location - in an Instant at Rynek (Main square) nice Restaurants and Bars around. Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back!!
Good breakfast, great location, beautiful facilities, large room overlooking street, staff made dinner reservations and helped arrange tours
Small city parking lot across the street, but spaces don't change over easily, especially over the weekend
Mainly the location of the hotel. Very central and a perfectly pleasant hotel.
Needs total refurb. Very dated furniture and near threadbare carpets
The state of the decor and furniture
location excellent, old fashion in style but very clean, unlike other reviewers we found breakfast adequate with a good choice of cereals, breads and cold meats. Front facing room with view of theartre, very little noise from outside, would stay again.
double bed good but they need to invest in double duvets.
cosy, Agatha Cristie-like old fashioned hotel style luggage keeping after checkout cheep and easy organized trips to Auschwitz Birkenau from the hotel
Poor breakfast, coffee not good The mattress had a lot of hair on it
Excellent location and very helpful staff with good English. The faded grandeur was most attractive. Breakfast was good and available at generous hours.
Sound from corridors and other rooms could be quite loud
i liked the privacy of the room
no fridge no sky news no bar
great location. very comfortable room with a shining bathroom. good breakfast
- location - breakfast until 11 am - late check out (1 pm )
- very old furniture - rroom smells very old - very poor furnished rooms
The location The breakfast
Staff abrupt or 'distant Very poor beds No comfortable chairs in room to relax Could not move without every step making a noise because of creaking floorboards No tea or coffee facilities
Great location and the rooms are very nice!!!
Location is within easy walking distance to Old Town. Old world charm and character.
Not a great deal of choice for breakfast . However , from what there was it was nice.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated wonderfully. Great room great location. Stay here you will be thankful you did.
Location was fantastic. Service was good.
everything was Okay.
Location was excellent, very clean, modern bath and room was charming
very uncomfortable beds no integrated shower in the bathtub
I could find everything around the hotel at a short walking distance. Not noisy area, 24 hrs receptions and kindly staff, High speed and free internet connection, Good breakfast!
Quite small single rooms, and the room was smelling of damp. The walls to the corridor and the neighbors are very thin that you could hear anyone surrounding you, but in fact I did not have a bad experience with that: no crazy drunk guy in a hotel shouting at night ;)
The hotel was a brilliant base for the market square & local places like the huge shopping mall train station , staff very helpful clean tidy ... Breakfast ok if you like continental
Rooms was a bit dated but clean , no air con which was our fault not looking into it . Open the window very noisy shut the window very stuffy so no win situation , no tea or coffee making in your room .or hair dryer
So close to the main square! Excellent breakfast.
They booked for me a taxi to the airport twice more expensive than it usually costs. Taxi driver didn't have a taxometer so no receipt neither.
I hadn't realised I had booked a mini suite - what a pleasant surprise and the room was an absolute delight.
A very minor issue, which I think another traveller touched on - being able to make a cuppa in your own room would have been very welcome, especially after a long journey getting there.
Very cute and historic charm which is great because you really get the feeling of old town Krakow. Staff spoke English! Helped me translate some emails as well as organized a private driver.
I liked everything but if you're a princess book a 5 star because you will need to borrow a hair dryer from the front desk and there was a tiny piece of wallpaper ripped off in one corner.
Very convenient for the main square and major sites short walk to good restaurants & bars, staff were very pleasant & helpful.
The receptionists gave good advises.
Staff very kind, location perfect
Breakfast served in a very used room, a bread heater would have been a good thing
