The historic Hotel Polonia is in the Old Town Krakow, just under half a mile from Main Market Square. City’s main train station, Krakow, Główny, is only a 5-minute walk away.

Staying in Kraków for New Year. Hotel is an amazing location, very close to everything you want to be near. We stayed in room 117 which is a mini suite and was well worth the small extra cost. Huge bathroom and bedroom and a seating area with fridge, air con and coat stand made the stay really comfortable. Well recommended.
Perfect location; vintage looks; staff is not composed of professional hospitality people, but they try; e-mails answered promptly and my requests were all attended for; nice view from suite.
Polish culture is known for some rude outbursts and we ended up having our share from the hotel driver. I can understand a breakfast limited to local taste, but the quality needs improvement.
Great location - just a couple of blocks from the Rynek and the Christmas markets (and close to the massive new Krakow Mall, if you like that sort of thing). Decent size room and large bathroom. Overall still has a certain old world charm despite being a bit faded. Good variety for breakfast. Helpful staff.
Public parking site opposite the hotel - had to come back a couple of times to put more money in (but at least you could put in almost a day's worth!) and you may not get a place at certain times. It's free from 20.00 to 10.00 if there are places.
Location of Hotel, Relaxed atmosphere, Helpful staff, Good breakfast, Quiet room even though location is in busy area.
Would have liked coffee/tea facilities in bedroom.
The hotel is ideally situated for the Old Town, restaurants and shops. The breakfast was typically continental, but plenty of it.
The room was cold, radiators only lukewarm but this was rectified quickly by supplying us with an electric radiator. Hot water takes a while to come through, we soon realised this and ran the shower for 5-10 minutes before we needed it. We agree with previous comments, tea/coffee making facilities would be very welcome in the rooms.
nice slightly old fashioned hotel; bedroom was large & comfortable; pleasant stay
staff very good to deal with, choice of food very good, 100m to centre
The location was excellent
The selection at breakfast could have been better; we requested scrambled eggs and sausage one morning and only the eggs arrived - we we told we needed to order the sausage separately!
Poor Breakfast Heating not enough warm
The hotel was near the main square, shopping mall and central station. The people are so friendly and helpful. Everywhere was very clean.
Not a dislike but we would have loved a kettle for a cuppa, especially when we arrived tired and cold.
Excellent location in the beautiful old town. Rooms were large, well presented, with huge comfy beds. The furniture was beautiful and it was a great place to stay for a long wknd in a great city.
There was not bar or restaurant, which wasn't really a problem as there are plenty locally. However, for a mid-range hotel I would have expected more facilities.
I love Pollera Hotel so much and will definitely stay with them again. Everybody was very helpful and courteous. I don't speak Polish but the Hotel made sure that there is someone who speaks English which made my stay in Poland as a tourist easy to get around. All the things that I needed that I course thru Pollera Hotel, they made sure that I get to my destination safe. When I needed currency exchange they made sure I get the best value for my money. You also get a good breakfast everyday. To top it all the location is perfect. About less than a minute walk there is mini convenient store, at the back of the Hotel there are souvenirs store, KFC, lots of restaurants, music hall close by and they can book tours for you as well. I highly recommend this place for 3 star hotel.
Location The atmosphere and decor of common areas Good breakfast (Polish customary - good sandwiches to make from variety of offerings) Elevator
Antiquated interior of the room Bed and linen Small room size
Breakfast - missed a toaster and some sweet bread like croissants
Good location, spaceous room, nice old style hotel.
Breakfast not very large compared to the other hotels in Poland. Beds are terribly hard!
Mostly the location of the hotel
The creaking floorboards LOL :) but not a big deal really
1970s room decor, poor quality bed. In need of investment.
Really good location, rooms vast and very well provisioned. Staff very helpful - a characterful beautiful building with history
Breakfast is a little basic (buffet) but ample and regularly replenished. No real gripes otherwise - they are only claiming three stars but the rooms and building makes it feel much more... Recommended
The rooms should be renewed.
Location, location, location; Helpful staff; Good deal on taxi ride to airport.
-Loud late night party goers passing by, outside the windows, and some inside the hallways of the hotel; -Lumpy mattress on the bed; -Tiny shower.
Brilliant Location. First class Breakfast. Staff very friendly & helpful. Would definately recommend this hotel.
Cost, Location, Staff
Too much outside noise at night.
Location - AMAZING! Stones throw away from the main square. Good wifi and breakfast Friendly staff Arranged airport transfer Toiletries given Powerful shower Beautiful architecture - staircase
Very thin walls - could hear everything at night going on in hotel, people walking up and down halls and talking Hard mattress Small bathroom - no bath
Awesome experience!! Hotel is in great Location - in an Instant at Rynek (Main square) nice Restaurants and Bars around. Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back!!
