Uniqueness of building and interior which had character and charm, not just another identikit hotel, excellent staff who were most helpful and polite, good safety deposit facilities. |

The girls at reception weren't rude to me every time I spoke to them -though I didn't speak to them often so they didn't have much chance. Tired ,worn out ,small rooms - bathrooms to forget -and an atmosphere of .'this is it and if you don't like it go somewhere else and there is nowhere else by the way (though there was)'. Priced like it's class when it clearly isn't and only ( and this sounds racist ,I know ) an Eastern Euopean would tolerate it.No bar ,no internet, you're having a laugh. |

Within walking distance of centre and trains. Great view over city from 12th floor. 10 minute walk to plenty of good plqaces to eat. The ceiling in the room was a little discoloured and in need of redecoration. Breakfast seemed a little expensive compared with eating out. |

The room was a very good size and quite well appointed. The service was abysmal. Although you couldn,t say that the staff were always rude or surly the concept of normal hotel service seemed to be an alien concept. The whole approach of the staff and the manner of carrying out their duties was reminiscent of 1970's East Bloc. There appeared to be no modern management - in fact the Manager seems to be rarely if ever available and doesn,t appear to have put in place any systems you would expect in a modern hotel - this would explain the approach and incompetence of frontline staff. Certainly don't check in after 10 p.m. and expect any food or drink to be available let alone room service. Also don't expect too much of anything at the weekend. |

Nothing - just a place to stay overnight. Different repairs in the rooms are necessary - doors do not close properly. Even of cupboards! No bar/drinks available after 10.00 p.m. |

The breakfast taken in the restaurant was good. The hotel does not really correspond to a 3 star hotel. The room and the building is old. The position is not the best. You can see the cemetery from your window. Never choose to take a packet for morning if you hurry: the packet consists in 3 slice bread, 5 pieces salamy, couple pieces cheese, the cheapest you could get, a tomato and a kiwi. The locker on the door is usually broken. You can not sleep with the window open because come much noise from outside. There is no air-conditioning. Also there is no fridge in the room. |

The breakfast was excelent. If you have a room up to the 7th floor, at the street size, you have an excellent panorama of the city and old square. You can let safety the luggage at the hotel, after the chech-out time. There is not fridge in the room. Free internet can be accessed only in the reception hall. The comfort is not very good be cause everything in the room, except the windows, is very old, event the towels. The rooms have not fonic insulation and you can hear easily the noise from the neighbor rooms. |

This hotel was convenient to many parts of the city. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. The staff was quite helpful to an English only speaker. The room was comfortable but a bit worn, the furniture could use some updating. The lack of air conditioning was a minus. |

A good size and quiet room, which was clean and relatively comforatble. The breakfast was good. Too few reception staff, dinner very poor, TV very limited in choice, and location not ideal for old city or transport links. |

Nothing the bathroom was appalling. The web site gave the impression the hotel was just 300 meters from the old square. This was simply not true. |

Room decoration and furniture was old and tired. Everything smelled of cigarette smoke. No breakfast included in a pretty expensive room rate. |

Proximity to the centre Equipment was very used - the bed was broken. It was impossible to open the window without the fear that the window will fall down. Very expensive breakfast and restaurant. |
