Hotel Polonia

Loisto sijainti. Kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista ja kulman takana yksi suurimmista ostoskeskuksista sekä rautatieasema. Hotellihuoneet ovat perustasoa, siisti kylpyhuone ja mukava sänky. Hotellissa on mukavaa vanhanajan tunnelmaa.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Siivous joka päivä, samoin uudet vesipullot ja pyyhkeet. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Hotellissa oli hyvä vanhan ajan tunnelma ja henki. Sijainti oli loistava. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet joka paikkaan sekä kävellen, että julkisilla. Sopii erinomaisesti kaupunkilomailijoille.

Suihkusta tuli vettä hieman niukalti.

Lyhyt matka puistoon ja nähtävyyksille.Rautatieasema lähellä.Muutkin yhteydet hyvät kaupungille.

Laskun maksu.Ylittyi jo sopimastamme hinnasta.Hieman kallis 6 tunnin lisäaika hotellissa oloon.

yhtenä päivänä huonetta ei siistitty ollenkaan, huomautukseeni oltiin ylimielisiä, "Tällaista sattuu!"

Location, so near both train station and old town, could not be better. I asked for a room at the back and it was very quiet indeed despite being in a noisy location.

Service was impersonal, decor was a little tired. Comfortable, however.

200m from the train station, and just a short walk over the road to the old town, with the main square just down the road. No.19 tram stops almost outside the door! Very well located and an excellent buffet breakfast. A really nice old hotel, would definately use it again.

Excellent location, friendly staff and overall very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Krakow.

Brekfast was good and our room very clean and quiet.We asked for the room from the inner side.

The only thing I did not enjoy very much was we got two beds instead doule bed but really cannot complain. We ddi not aks to exchange it because we like this quiet room.

Main selection criteria were location (close proximity to the centre & transport), and cost. Hotel Polonia was ideal in this respect. It was on a major crossroads with tram stops only metres away; the main railway station about 150 metres away; tour office and market two streets away. It couldn't have been more conveniently located. We were lucky to get rear facing room which was quiet. Rooms on the front were noisy owing to the traffic and trams.

The location was good - between the station and the old town and close to trams. The room was of a decent size, and had a good bathroom.

The rooms facing the street are noisy, as people are about all night, so it's not possible to sleep with the windows open. It's too hot to sleep with them closed and there is not even a fan in the room.

Hotel is at the center. No matter it is early in the morning or late at night, you have chance to see the city. No need for a car. You can reach the touristic attractions in afew seconds. Also the Train Station is just next door. The hotel has parking area. The old building with anthique furnitures. Worth much much what you pay.

The beds can be renewed. They are too old.
