Départ à 4h30 de l'hôtel et j'avais un paquet petit déjeuner qui m'attendait avant de quitter l'hôtel. Le style un peu vieillot de l'hôtel. Je pense que c'est un vieil hôtel mais que le thème reste "l'ancien". |

Très bonne qualité d'accueil, beaucoup de personnes qui parlent anglais, un excellent petit déjeuner, copieux aussi bien en propositions de salé ou de sucré, avec des horaires larges qui permettent une vraie grasse matinée. Des espaces fumeurs ainsi que des chambres où il est autorisé de fumer, un service de chambre où il n'y a rien a redire. |

L'hôtel est bien situé près de la vieille ville, le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien fourni. La proximité des lignes de tram en font un hôtel bruyant. Le manque de navette d'aéroport pourtant renseignée dans le descriptif de l'hôtel. |

Bien placé,au centre historique de la magnifique ville,près des gares( pkp,pks) .Tous commerces et plusieurs restaurants à coté. Les chambres coté de la rue centrale très bruyantes et difficile de dormir.L'établissement avec 3*** mèrite meilleur prestation et modernisation. |

Rien, le personelle a été très désagrable avec nous OUI! cet hôtel doit obligatoirement chaufer dans les chambres si dehors la tenpérature descend mois 7 ! Pas possible à dormir à cause du froid ni de prendre la douch! la tragédie! |

Location, so near both train station and old town, could not be better. I asked for a room at the back and it was very quiet indeed despite being in a noisy location. Service was impersonal, decor was a little tired. Comfortable, however. |

It was good value, we found it easily as it was in view from the train station, easy to walk into town, next to a tram / bus stop, free wifi access in our room, breakfast was nice Our room was smoking so make sure you request non smoking in the additional information box if you want this - I think they have non smoking rooms. Two twin beds instead of a double bed. |

200m from the train station, and just a short walk over the road to the old town, with the main square just down the road. No.19 tram stops almost outside the door! Very well located and an excellent buffet breakfast. A really nice old hotel, would definately use it again. all was excellent. |

Great location opposite the train station, short walk to the market square, spacious room and en-suite, although our room was facing main road with a small amount of noise but nothing serious especially as central location. breakfast was fair maybe not to everyones taste but traditional polish. |

Brekfast was good and our room very clean and quiet.We asked for the room from the inner side. The only thing I did not enjoy very much was we got two beds instead doule bed but really cannot complain. We ddi not aks to exchange it because we like this quiet room. |

Very convenient location, close the city centre The hotel can be quite noisy - both from the traffic outside (busy intersection with local trams and buses, and from inside i.e. it is an old building and any sound carries a lot. The room was quite large but the beds not that comfortable (old springs). The breakfast was generally ok - but when I tried some cereal, it turned out to be stale. |

Main selection criteria were location (close proximity to the centre & transport), and cost. Hotel Polonia was ideal in this respect. It was on a major crossroads with tram stops only metres away; the main railway station about 150 metres away; tour office and market two streets away. It couldn't have been more conveniently located. We were lucky to get rear facing room which was quiet. Rooms on the front were noisy owing to the traffic and trams. |

The location was good - between the station and the old town and close to trams. The room was of a decent size, and had a good bathroom. The rooms facing the street are noisy, as people are about all night, so it's not possible to sleep with the windows open. It's too hot to sleep with them closed and there is not even a fan in the room. |
