鉄道駅と旧市街の中間にあり、アウシュビッツなどの郊外の観光にも旧市街の観光にも便利なロケーション。夜- 行列車でアクセスしたため早朝に荷物を預けに行ったが、快くチェックインしてくれた。その時のレセプション- の人は感じのいいご婦人でした。 シャワーブースの排水が詰まっていた。レセプションで話したが対応してくれるまで２日かかった。 |

バスタブは無く、家具は古ぼけているが部屋は広い。若い女性のフロントはとても良い。年を取った女性のフロ- ントは悪くはないが怖い。ホテルのレストランは驚くべきほどおいしく、安い。ただし、驚くべきほど料理の出- てくるスピードが遅い。 天井の照明の電球が一つ切れていて点かなかった。 |

３つ星なのであまり期待はしていませんでしたが、やはり朝食が少しさびしいかった。部屋やタバコくさかった- のが残念です。 |

早朝にクラクフの駅に到着したので、荷物を預けに行き、そのままチェックインでき部屋に入れたのがとてもあ- りがたかったです。 ホテルの価格が2名で2泊90ユーロとありましたが、チェックアウトの際に100ユーロとさらに４ズロッテ- ィ請求されました。チェックアウトの際フロントに居た女性はとても愛想が悪くとりつくしまもなく、支払わな- ければなりませんでした。大きい金額ではないのですが、やはり納得がいかず、この点について、調査、報告願- えればと思います。それとチェックアウトの時間が早かったので、朝食の変わりにサンドイッチも事前に頼んで- おいたのにそれもありませんでした。 |

全ての面でパーフェクトとは言えないが、とりあえず最低限の設備があり、宿泊に支障はなかった。価格に見合- ったホテル。ロケーションが便利だった。 チェックアウトした時のフロントのおばさんが無愛想で不親切だった。支払いについて確認しているのだから、- もう少し辛抱強く対応してくれても、と思った。 多分スタッフルームの近くだったのか、早朝冷蔵庫を開ける音、話し声が聞こえた。 |

場所は駅のまん前で、トラムも目の前にとまり、お店も近くに多くあるので、たいへん便利。旧市街も徒歩で1- 0分もかからない。ホテルの建物は古く部屋も大きくは無いが、暖かく清潔で、快適に過ごせる。朝早くの出発- でブッフェの開く前だったが、朝食用に飲み物とサンドイッチのパックを作ってくれた。また泊まりたいホテル- 。 |

Just in front of the central station. Many shops are around. Walking distance to the old city square. The building is old, but very convenient, clean, and confortable. Breakfast is also good. |

部屋の種類にもよるかも知れませんが、私が泊まった部屋は天井が３メートル位あり、ベッドもダブルでとても- 広い素敵なお部屋でした。 朝食はバイキングで、ハムの種類がとても多くて美味しかったです。 駅ビルのショッピングモールを出ると、すぐにホテルが見つかりました。 トラムの駅も目の前にあり、とても便利なホテルでした。 また利用したいと思います。 少しだけ、トラムの走る音が気になりました。 |

駅前にあって立地は最高です。スタッフの対応もよく気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。残念ながら浴槽はあり- ませんでした。トラムがすぐそばなのでやや音が気になるか・・・。窓をしめれば問題ありませんが。 |

Location, so near both train station and old town, could not be better. I asked for a room at the back and it was very quiet indeed despite being in a noisy location. Service was impersonal, decor was a little tired. Comfortable, however. |

It was good value, we found it easily as it was in view from the train station, easy to walk into town, next to a tram / bus stop, free wifi access in our room, breakfast was nice Our room was smoking so make sure you request non smoking in the additional information box if you want this - I think they have non smoking rooms. Two twin beds instead of a double bed. |

200m from the train station, and just a short walk over the road to the old town, with the main square just down the road. No.19 tram stops almost outside the door! Very well located and an excellent buffet breakfast. A really nice old hotel, would definately use it again. all was excellent. |

Great location opposite the train station, short walk to the market square, spacious room and en-suite, although our room was facing main road with a small amount of noise but nothing serious especially as central location. breakfast was fair maybe not to everyones taste but traditional polish. |

Brekfast was good and our room very clean and quiet.We asked for the room from the inner side. The only thing I did not enjoy very much was we got two beds instead doule bed but really cannot complain. We ddi not aks to exchange it because we like this quiet room. |

Very convenient location, close the city centre The hotel can be quite noisy - both from the traffic outside (busy intersection with local trams and buses, and from inside i.e. it is an old building and any sound carries a lot. The room was quite large but the beds not that comfortable (old springs). The breakfast was generally ok - but when I tried some cereal, it turned out to be stale. |

Main selection criteria were location (close proximity to the centre & transport), and cost. Hotel Polonia was ideal in this respect. It was on a major crossroads with tram stops only metres away; the main railway station about 150 metres away; tour office and market two streets away. It couldn't have been more conveniently located. We were lucky to get rear facing room which was quiet. Rooms on the front were noisy owing to the traffic and trams. |
