기차역에서 가까운 장소.. 아침 식사가 가격 대비 훌륭했음. 방 시설도 가격 대비 깨끗하고 좋았음.

직원들이 불친절했음. 카드로 여는 문이 아닌 구식 장금 장치.

The hotel near to old town. Walking about 5 to 10min. Near to krakow main railway station.

it was a very good Hotel and we will be going back again for sure in the future.

I personally would recommend the staff be a little more friendly and personal though.

Public transports close, offering convenient ticket alternatives. Close to the old Town. Quiet. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

Location excellent. 10 mins walk to city centre.

Totally run down. Ancient furniture and furnishings. No renovation since 1950's. Staff friendly, and with good English, but very poor value, uncomfortable and smelled of mould. Classic style from 1920's, run down !!

Convenience to the main transport hubs, trains, buses etc. Every where within walking distance. Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast

The hotel is a little tired but not a problem, the curtains in our room however where quite tatty with tears in them and didn't keep out much light early morning.

Location is excellent close to various means of transport. Rooms and shower huge. Very clean. Breakfast superb. Staff friendly and helpful.

The rattling of the trams stopping in front of hotel. Needs some refurbishment. TV content in English or Italian is extreemly poor.

The only complaint is a lack of getting a hot drink in the rooms.

I very much appreciated the quiet room that I asked for and also got. I had important things to do in Krakow and needed a proper rest at night. That is what I got very much!

Doors are trembling in their sockets when trams are passing.

The location is perfect,close to the railway and bus stations and only a very short walk into the historic centre of the city. We found the traditional interior charming, the service helpful and prompt and the atmosphere friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms modern with good showers and everything worked. (We stayed in two rooms, returning after a trip to the mountains). Breakfast was good, with an excellent range on offer. Overall great value for money.

This is an old fashioned hotel, which is showing its age a bit. Rooms at the back are quiet but face a courtyard.

The staff and service were superior at this hotel. If I could rate them higher than excellent I would! They were helpful, polite, and friendly. The hotel itself is a period hotel and you feel like you step back into another elegant time. It is conveniently located as well--near the train station, bus station, tram stops, and 5 minute walk to Old Town.

Nice, old-fashioned hotel very close to the train station and the Old Town. Best hotel I've stayed at in Poland.

Staff not friendly.no heating in bathroom. No coffee/tea making in room. Having to move to another room due to excess noise from guests, only haveing 3 hours sleep, then workmen drilling on hotel premises at 7am

reception staff rude room not double glazed was warm vibration from the trams going passed nerly all night and bell ringing from the trams picked it as it was near the train station as i was traveling on the next day

Location - near city centre and railway and train stations. Atmospheric with the trams and view of the old town. Big room. Excellent choice and quality of breakfast at low price. Free left luggage service on last day.

Very little to fault. Only one rather lumpy feather pillow each. Quilts very heavy so too hot, but simply removed them.
