Очень удачное расположение - 5 мин пешком от центра города и 10 мин пешком от ж/д-, авто-вокзала. Ежедневная уборка сос меной полотенец. Бедноватый шведский стол (горячего нет вообще) |

Близость к центру, вокзалу и торговому центру "Галлерея Краковская". Очень удобен для шоппинга. Можно отнеси покупки в номер и продолжить. Понравились завтраки. Все номера очень прокурены. Нет номеров для некурящих. Номера, окна которых выходят на улицу, очень шумные. Ночью невозможно спать. Прямо под окнами проходит много трамваев. Когда они закончили свою работу, начался ремонт дороги аппаратом, который жужит, как мотор мотоцикла. Пока не переселились в номер с окнами во двор, поспать неудалось. Также, в первом номере было всё очень старое (сантехника, мебель). Другим номером остались довольны, за исключением полного отсутсвия кондиционеров. |

Рядом со Старым Городом и главными достопримечательностями, 5 минут пешком от ж\д и автовокзала. В номере чисто и комфортно. В самом отеле аккуратно, но без особых изысков. Завтрак - шведский стол - достаточно обильный и разнообразный. Вполне дружелюбный персонал. Отелю не помешал бы ремонт. |

рядом с Krakow Glowny (ж/д вокзал), через дорогу уже начинается Старый Город, неплохой завтрак, тихий номер обновить мебель - срочно. Кровати очень мягкие |

Отличное расположение - самый центр, до старого места - 2 минуты пешком. Хороший интерьер, в старинном стиле, номера не маленькие. Затрак хороший. Своя парковка, правда въезд в нее очень узкий. |

Понравилось расположение отеля в историческом центре Кракова, наличие паркинга. Отель старый и требует достойного ремонта. Вполне оптимальное соотношение цена-качество предоставляемых услуг. |

It was good value, we found it easily as it was in view from the train station, easy to walk into town, next to a tram / bus stop, free wifi access in our room, breakfast was nice Our room was smoking so make sure you request non smoking in the additional information box if you want this - I think they have non smoking rooms. Two twin beds instead of a double bed. |

200m from the train station, and just a short walk over the road to the old town, with the main square just down the road. No.19 tram stops almost outside the door! Very well located and an excellent buffet breakfast. A really nice old hotel, would definately use it again. all was excellent. |

Great location opposite the train station, short walk to the market square, spacious room and en-suite, although our room was facing main road with a small amount of noise but nothing serious especially as central location. breakfast was fair maybe not to everyones taste but traditional polish. |

Brekfast was good and our room very clean and quiet.We asked for the room from the inner side. The only thing I did not enjoy very much was we got two beds instead doule bed but really cannot complain. We ddi not aks to exchange it because we like this quiet room. |

Very convenient location, close the city centre The hotel can be quite noisy - both from the traffic outside (busy intersection with local trams and buses, and from inside i.e. it is an old building and any sound carries a lot. The room was quite large but the beds not that comfortable (old springs). The breakfast was generally ok - but when I tried some cereal, it turned out to be stale. |

Main selection criteria were location (close proximity to the centre & transport), and cost. Hotel Polonia was ideal in this respect. It was on a major crossroads with tram stops only metres away; the main railway station about 150 metres away; tour office and market two streets away. It couldn't have been more conveniently located. We were lucky to get rear facing room which was quiet. Rooms on the front were noisy owing to the traffic and trams. |

The location was good - between the station and the old town and close to trams. The room was of a decent size, and had a good bathroom. The rooms facing the street are noisy, as people are about all night, so it's not possible to sleep with the windows open. It's too hot to sleep with them closed and there is not even a fan in the room. |

Hotel is at the center. No matter it is early in the morning or late at night, you have chance to see the city. No need for a car. You can reach the touristic attractions in afew seconds. Also the Train Station is just next door. The hotel has parking area. The old building with anthique furnitures. Worth much much what you pay. The beds can be renewed. They are too old. |

It was ideally situated for a visit to Krakow, close to the railrway station, the Airport bus, and the city centre. The breakfasts were excellent, and the room was clean and spacious. |
