Rent og pænt og nyt til en rimelig pris. Brug mindre luftfrisker. Man bør kunne trække vejret uden at lægge mærke til anvendelsen af luftfriskere hele tiden. Det er ligesom med personer der har for meget parfume på. Dårlig stil og generende. Forbyd rygning på hotellet. Der bør være gratis WiFi på alle værelser. At betale 160,- kr. for det er vanvid. |

Our standard room was large, silent and nicely furnished; the bed was very comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. I especially liked the 'My town channel' on TV which introduces Warsaw to the tourists. Only a minor criticism: the very nice reception hall was a bit smoky. |

Central location close to Railway Station. Excellent restaurant. Gym facilities. Good hotel security and safety deposit box facility. Rooms are not that spacious. Duvet was too small for the bed by west European standards. |

comfortable rooms great breakfasts no tea and coffee facilities;reception staff not friendly very official acting as if they are doing you a favour when you speak to them should be selling tiuckets on railway station. cleaning staff more helpful and probably should be put on reception duties |

I would say it was fine, here and there something doesnt work - then staff tries to solve it and everything seems ok, but.... .....But when I broke my foot and needed a help, its took me quite time to proove the staff that I am not an idiot and only after that I got help. In such situations you see that this is not a 5 star hotel and its service is really poor. |

Great Rooms. Beautiful hotel. Very nice breakfirst Yeah, the bed was like a rock! I am used to a hard bed, but sleeping on the floor would have been softer than this bed...Had a backache after the night! |

Our room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was great and especially the possibility of listening to the tv while taking a bath or putting make up on was a real advantage. The Bojangles Bar was a good value for money and gave you the opportunity to get a small snack for a reasonable price when the Strauss Restaurant was closed. Generally very good impression. Unfortunately, the hotel bar was closing after 1am. There was no tea facility in the room and the toiletries provided by the Hotel could have been better. |

The expence meals and drinks were at least 3 times dearer than any where out side. So from this point it did not provide value and aimed more for the business person on expensies. |

This was a great hotel. Extremely nice accommodation. Luxury hotel yet very affordable in the heart of Warsaw!! Clean, comfortable and elegant. We didn't have breakfast in the morning so I can't say as it was a bit pricey; although the restaurant was beautiful. We also appreciated the no charge for our two young children. Great location with view of the most beautiful building in Warsaw. Good location to the old town square and Royal strip via train. Free internet would be nice and a less expensive breakfast option would be nice too. |

The building and decor are spectacular!! Guest computer was out-of-order and no alternative was offered. No tea/coffee-making facilities in cheaper rooms. |

Great comfort in the bedrooms. The food was good quality and a great selection/variety. I liked the style of the hotel, a mix of the old & new. The staff were never less than excellant, so polite and helpful. Great english as well which was marvellous as I do not have a word of Polish. I would definitely stay there again if I am back in Warsaw. |

Luxury, rates very reasonable. Central location. Beware - they insist on scanning your credit card for security even though I paid cash for the room in advance. The amount of my stay was withheld on my credit card. My card was a debit visa card that I had only left enough money on to cover some direct debits. It was 5 days before the amount was returned to my card. |

Great hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is very helpful and hospital. Short stay but definitely worth being there. highly recommended. Fitness room is ok, but still unlike modern gyms. |
