Very good location close to the shopping centre, metro station and also quite close to the old town. Good english skills among the hotel personnel and the hotel was clean and nice. The hotel invoised 44 zl from my Visa account afterwards. I have sent couple of e-mails to different addresses in order to clarify the reason but without getting any response. This is something that has never happened to me before... |

This hotel has the most beautful architecture, history and character. The staff are always friendly and helpful and willing to provide the best service. The upgrade corner rooms give wonderful views of the Cultural Palace and the square and are extremely spacious. It is my favourite European hotel and place to stay in Warsaw. Whilst the choice of breakfast is extensive and includes bubbly, the price is very high. You can only eat so much !.They really should teach the staff to knock loudly before entering the room. |

Luxuary, cosy and clean hotel. Friendly staff, good location. Free street parking on weekends. Shopping center nearby. Пафосный, красиво оформленный отель, чистые, уютные номера, доброжелательный персонал. В выходые парковка на улицах вокруг бесплатная. Рядом торговый центр. On check-in blocked 500 zloty (room price was ~370) on my credit card (in case someting happen), after check-out and second payment (~370) for the room they didn't unblock. I think better to use cash. При въезде заблокировали ~500 злотых на всякий случай (хотя номер стоит ~370), обещали что при выезде средства разблокируются, но этого не произошло. Думаю лучше оплачивать наличными. |

The service was excellent, and the proximity to the shopping centres, trains etc is very good. The only problem I had with the hotel was that when I booked the room with reception as I was going to be staying one more night on my return to Warsaw before flying to London, they were not able to give me the same rate that I had booked on the internet - and I had to pay considerably higher rate, |

Staff always efficient and friendly, central location good for all of Warsaw and the relaxed style of the hotel appealed. The usual negatives one has with central hotels, bar prices to high! |

It is a nice hotel and convenient for city tour. they should charge the Euros as booked, not afftected by their exchange rate. For example, I booked two rooms at Euro357, finally they charged me about Euro375, I understand this is due to exchange rate change... |

Wonderful location, nice rooms and helpfull staff, to exp breakfast for what you get to be honest. We did not like the folders spread in the Hotel during evening from the Escortservice ........................ this dont belongs not in this kind of hotels |
