Great location, clean and nice rooms. Quiet even thought next to busy street. Stuff (especially reception) behaves like from the old communist times in Poland. Unpleasant, arrogant and not helpful. We have reserved 5 rooms from booking.com 4 months in advance. At checkin desk the receptionist gave us all rooms with double beds, despite that all rooms were booked with king size bed. Since the booking was with nonrefundable option, the receptionsit claimed that it is stated with some sort of endorsement from booking.com do not have to get double beds but such as are available (????). Only after the call the hotel manager turned out that this is not true and finally we got the rooms which we ordered!. It costed us however a lot of nerves and time.

Just about everything. After a long train ride from Berlin the hotel was suptuous and inviting. Booked well in advance through booking.com it was also incredibly good value for money. The breakfast spread is the best that I have ever seen and caters for everybody...even those with lactose intolerance. It's worth paying the little extra to set yourself up for the day. It was a wonderful, wonderful experience.

It was above hotel, close to the main train statio Wifi only really works in the lobby. I was on the 3rd floor and it didn't work in my room

Room was comfortable and spacious. Service excellent at reception and concierge arranged alternative taxi service when it became clear there was a major problem in the City which was delaying all traffic. Bar snacks not available as bar closed for refurbishment and there was a very restricted Italian menu available in the main restaurant.

It was very clean. The room was modern and big, with a clean modern bathroom. There was a speaker in there for the tv/communications system. The hotel had its own Mercedes taxi system. There was access to spa facilities. The breakfast buffet was extensive, including English breakfast, meats, cheeses, bread, fruit, fish and cereal. It served until 4pm on weekends. The hotel laid on a disco for new year's eve. It was very central. The bar was rennovated whilst we stayed there, withno access to it. One day there was no running water or electricity between 11 and 3.

Location, near to train, bus and metro stations. It is in the walking distance from main sightseeing streets of Warsaw, Nowy Swiat. Has a fair money exchange point on the left side of the building. The hotel taxi to the airport costs 70 pln which is approximately 16euro. Very good breakfast for every taste. The wifi is available in the lobby, however if you do not have a laptop with you, you can use one of two PCs in the business center in the corner of the lobby free of charge. You can pay for your stay either in cash or by credit card, also in zloty or in euro. The view from the room's balcony is stunning(street view). In winter it is getting dark at 4:00pm, it was something new for me.

Very close to the main railway station, walking distance from the old town (20 mins). Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and big room, modern decor, lovely breakfast. Wi- fi available in the room. We spent there only 1 night but will definitely come back on our next visit.

Very serviceminded and helpfull staff. Clean nice room with nice bathroom. Tasty breakfast with lots of things too choose between. Central location near shopping, tram, busses, metro etc. Good value for the money. Spa downstairs wich we didn´t try but probably nice. Close to the briliant Italian Restuarant Delizia (shoudent be missed!) Nothing to complain about

Very nice facade, nice lobby, the room was big. Location - too far from old town. We asked for a double room for non smokers and they gave us one for smokers. The staff at the reception desk was rude when we checked in, maybe because they looked at our age- 30 and 35, as the average age was 50. They have 5 parking lots in front of the main entrance and if go to park where they indicate you, you we'll have to pay 80 zlots (18 euros) a day and they don't tell you this in advance. No free wi-fi in the rooms, only in the lobby and with password that had to be provided to you.
