So many good things to say about this hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, the staff were friendly and obliging but the breakfast was amaaaazing. Three meals in one. An incredible variety of fresh food!

The really expensive Wi-fi. I would have thought Wi-fi was free in a hotel of this standard :-(

The Polonia palace hotel was excellent on all fronts. The room was spacious and cleaned, the staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was excellent and with many many choices, the city tour we booked through the hotel was impressive, very informative and well organized, the hotel cars were also a great added service to our stay with very friendly drivers. Plus plus plus!!!!

Nothing really. Just a note to state that although the location is very central, it is a 20+ minute walk to the old town.

Breakfast was great! Room facilities were good. Quick check out.

Breakfast to expensive, but it´s OK - there´s lot of places around.

The hotel was magnificient. The rooms are very spacious, and a great value for the money. It was every as described, we had a great time. The breakfast buffett was the best one I have ever encountered. Outstanding! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Getting to the parking spot was a bit difficult, but if this is the only thing one can complain about, then there are no issues!

The location is great; right in the heart of the city. The staff speaks English very well. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the front facing room is fantastic.

The breakfast area is too small for a hotel like this one. Each morning we had to wait in line to get in and it was not easy with a very hungry 2 year old. Once you are in, then you get dizzy by the crowd and the hectic pace of the restaurant in the mornings. So, beware.

The beautiful Beaux Arts foyer; the breakfast was brilliant; rooms spacious. The location was perfect. Staff charming and helpful. The restaurant was good and has a Polish buffet every friday - worth doing!

The mattress and pillows were hard. The description said there were extra pillows and blanket if you needed them. We were two sisters so had twin beds - there was only one spare blanket.

Whereas the room was great value, the rest wasn't: expensive Internet and breakfast. 50zl: ouch!!

Stylish hotel in the centre of Warsaw right beside the main train and bus stops. The hotel is classy and clean with a very nice food menu

Location is excellent

There was very strange unpleasant smell in the lift area on 4th floor. During my stay hotel was rather empty and as a regular customer I would expect an upgrade as a nice gesture but this has not happened.

Warsaw is a large city, so the distance to The Old Town is quite long.

We were traveling with a puppy and there was nooo problem , Staff was very kind . They speak English . Breakfast was fantastic : The rooms are clean ... I would recommend this hotel to everybody .. And is budget friendly .

The park house was not in the hotel but a block away .But all the rest was perfect ..

This hotel is never a let down. Always a good stay. Only complaint it that I feel Internet should be free in the whole hotel. Restaurant and food is tops and the staff are great. The reception kindly arranged an early check in at 10am for me promptly and also a slightly late check out. This will remain my Warsaw hotel
