The hotel was vey good and significantly better that we must have been waited to get for its price. It seemed the luxurious one. With its central location, in a central street, Marsalkowska, 15 min. to go by foot to the historical center of Warsaw, the hotel let us to explore all the important sightseeings of the city literally in one day. All the staff spoke English. and was vewy polite and attentive. The parking was cheap and was situad near. |

The hotel is right in the centre of Warsaw, next to Metro Centrum which makes is an ideal place for busy travellers who do not want to spend too much time on commuting. The hotel looks impressive from the outside however the room was very basic and simple. I have expected more luxury inside as well. Breakfast at 80zl is much too expensive, the price is in fact ridiculous for Poland. |

Nice staff, close to the main train train station, easy to find - opposite to the Palace of Culture sauna runs only from 17-22 and no 24 hours, no personal soap in the bathroom - just containers on the wall, no tea-coffee facillities, no complimentary bottle of water in the room |

The rooms were nice and had a free minibar, which came in handy. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean. I would have liked breakfast included in the room rate, 15/EU pp is too expensive. |

Excellent room - very large with underfloor heating the bathroom. Great location. Very enjoyable. No tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast and bar exceedingly expensive (18 euros for breakfast!). |

The room was large and very quiet, in spite of being located off the atrium that houses all of the meeting rooms (and there were receptions happening the evening I was there). Once I closed the door, I didn't hear a sound. It most definitely wants to be in the luxury category, but lacks some of the amenities that would push it firmly into that class, like bathrobes, coffee/tea in the room and better personal care products. |

Interior/exterior design, facilities, confort in general, location, price We stayed two days. We took breakfast first day, since they told us it was half price. But in the final bill they included breakfast for both days without any warning. Be careful!. |

Excellent location, great rooms, great looking hotel. Saunas are only open from 17 fm until 22 fm. Not 24 hours a day like they say! Our room was a little bit cold at night. The sports bar doesn't show any sport with sound, so if you are really interested in sport you should go another place. |

The rooms were spacious and clean and very nicely appointed. I felt that as expensive as the hotel was they could have included breakfast and wireless internet. Both internet and breakfast were expensive enough that we did not bother. |

excellent location for city centre, room well furnished and equipped, excellent bathroom, efficient service the street outside the hotel is reminiscent of an era the hotel should leave behind, mini-bar prices are outrageous but that's the same in most hotels |

Our standard room was large, silent and nicely furnished; the bed was very comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. I especially liked the 'My town channel' on TV which introduces Warsaw to the tourists. Only a minor criticism: the very nice reception hall was a bit smoky. |

Central location close to Railway Station. Excellent restaurant. Gym facilities. Good hotel security and safety deposit box facility. Rooms are not that spacious. Duvet was too small for the bed by west European standards. |
