The room was fantastic for the price. I've stayed in hotel 3 times the price and not as nice. Location provided easy access to the main train station as well as a bus stop to the airport. Hotel also had two computers for visitors to use free of charge. Hotel could have used some of additional TV channels in English. They only had BBC World News. |

Polonia Palace Hotel gave us a genuine sense of Poland: beautiful classic architecture, friendly staff, and a sense of 19th century elegance in the public areas. The breakfast (small added charge to room rate) was one of the two best I've experienced during repeated trips to Europe over 20 years. I highly recommend it! Warner and Cheryl North |

The staff where friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. Did not like smoking in the bar / restaurant. As a business customer the lack of wireless internet was very poor and unlike most other modern international hotels. |

Professional, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Located opposite the huge museum of culture and science, so easy to find after a few pints! Price of the breakfast was silly. It was the only hotel in which we stayed in Poland (about 10 in total in our two week trip) where free wifi wasn't available in the bedroom (it was for a price... It was free in the lobby though). It's quite a walk to the old-town (Rynek) about 40 min walk... |

Clean, good decore, pretigious, efficient and. Helpfull staff. Gym could be bigger. A swimming pool will make it meet most people's needs and make it more family-friendly. See above. Room temperature took rather long to adjust to manipulations on the pannel. |

One of the most polite hotel staff you could experience who went out of their way to make sure your every need was catered for right down to the Hotel taxi service. |

All the staff we encountered were knowledgeable, helpful, and obviously very pleased to be of assistance. We were disappointed not to have robes in our room. |

Knockout boutique hotel in a very good area. Walk to everything. Only stayed one night, but would have enjoyed a few more. Everything was terrific. |

It is obvious that this is an historic and beautiful hotel and I appreciated that. However, I found it overly expensive for what I was expecting. Internet in rooms for 10 euros (instead of free as has been usual), an admittedly sumptuous breakfast in a grand room for 18 euros (but how much can you eat for breakfast?). The staff was imperious and not very helpful and didn't reply in advance to my email (as all other hotels had). Room smallish. The arrogant counter staff. The fact that it didn't seem like value for money despite the beauty of the hotel. |

Spacious and stylish room in beautifully restored hotel. Location for us was excellent - within walking distance of Warsaw Central Station and many major attractions. Breakfast not included in price of room. |

Generally very good but reception staff could be friendlier and concierge more spontaneously helpful. Good service in restaurant but could be more spontaneously cheerful (they warmed up on initiative from us guests. Reception staff rather abrupt and over formal. Restaurant - breakfast: coffee weak (but espresso available); Dutch vodka - not Polish - served for breakfast (Polish should be served); choice of fruit (berries, raspberries) not as good as on üor previous visit two years ago - nor generally was the service and atmosphere as congenial as it was in 2008. |
