ホテルのスタッフは丁寧だった。 部屋が寒かったので空調の温度を上げたが、全く暖まらなかった。化粧用ティッシュペーパーの補充を忘れられていることが何度かあった。この星でこの適当さはどうかと思う。 |

Big, bright, spacious, comfortable rooms. Lovely big bathroom but lots of extras. Nice lobby. Offered complimentaty cigarette by hotel staff in lobby - not healthy! |

Very good location close to the shopping centre, metro station and also quite close to the old town. Good english skills among the hotel personnel and the hotel was clean and nice. The hotel invoised 44 zl from my Visa account afterwards. I have sent couple of e-mails to different addresses in order to clarify the reason but without getting any response. This is something that has never happened to me before... |

This hotel has the most beautful architecture, history and character. The staff are always friendly and helpful and willing to provide the best service. The upgrade corner rooms give wonderful views of the Cultural Palace and the square and are extremely spacious. It is my favourite European hotel and place to stay in Warsaw. Whilst the choice of breakfast is extensive and includes bubbly, the price is very high. You can only eat so much !.They really should teach the staff to knock loudly before entering the room. |
