Polonia Palace Hotel

ホテルのスタッフは丁寧だった。

部屋が寒かったので空調の温度を上げたが、全く暖まらなかった。化粧用ティッシュペーパーの補充を忘れられ- ていることが何度かあった。この星でこの適当さはどうかと思う。

部屋がレセプションの吹き抜け部分に面しており、夜中までピアノ演奏の音とがして、うるさくてたまらなかっ- た！！

Our standard room was large, silent and nicely furnished; the bed was very comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. I especially liked the 'My town channel' on TV which introduces Warsaw to the tourists.

Only a minor criticism: the very nice reception hall was a bit smoky.

I would say it was fine, here and there something doesnt work - then staff tries to solve it and everything seems ok, but....

.....But when I broke my foot and needed a help, its took me quite time to proove the staff that I am not an idiot and only after that I got help. In such situations you see that this is not a 5 star hotel and its service is really poor.

Our room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was great and especially the possibility of listening to the tv while taking a bath or putting make up on was a real advantage. The Bojangles Bar was a good value for money and gave you the opportunity to get a small snack for a reasonable price when the Strauss Restaurant was closed. Generally very good impression.

Unfortunately, the hotel bar was closing after 1am. There was no tea facility in the room and the toiletries provided by the Hotel could have been better.

Location in the center of Warsaw, classic, comfortable design,quiet room, very nice pub with live music inside, very nice barman in a pub

The expence meals and drinks were at least 3 times dearer than any where out side. So from this point it did not provide value and aimed more for the business person on expensies.

The building and decor are spectacular!!

Guest computer was out-of-order and no alternative was offered. No tea/coffee-making facilities in cheaper rooms.

Luxury, rates very reasonable. Central location.

Beware - they insist on scanning your credit card for security even though I paid cash for the room in advance. The amount of my stay was withheld on my credit card. My card was a debit visa card that I had only left enough money on to cover some direct debits. It was 5 days before the amount was returned to my card.
