good centrally located hotel how can they charge PLN 88 for internet access ? I complained at reception and they agreed it was hugely overpriced but could do nothing saying 'hotel policy ' |

Very well located, close to Train Station, restaurants and cinemas. 15mn away from old town. Very beautiful hotel. Breakfast is good but too expensive. |

I asked expressly for a non smoking room, informing that I would arrive late, but I got a room stinking of smoke. The reception told me that they hadn't been able to guarantee me a no-smoking room due to my late arrival. In my opinion these things shgould not happen in hotels of this price level. |
