The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. I have difficulty in stairs but this was no problem at the hotel at all! The only comment I could make is at night it can be very noisy out of a 5 day stay the sunday and monday night were the quietest. It's not the hotels fault but the reverlers that were returning home via the road in the wee small hours. Having said that it would not put me off going back to this hotel. There was plenty to eat for breakfast all very fresh... We did expect tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and had to ask for it as there was not any in the room when we arrived, we were supplied the kettle and cups, but we were surprised to have to supply tea and coffee and milk.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I went with a group of friends who were in the 50 to 56 age range and we all found it fantastic. The central location was great and the hotel services, whilst being 3 star, were greater than that which we expect from 4 & 5 star hotels in counties such as Greece and Turkey. I look forward to returning at some point next year. A great location, very good service and an affordable price.

Staff, particulary administration was extremelly kind and helpful.Grace of their efforts it were quiqly orginized trips to Auschvitz and Salt mins. I want to express my gratitude of the good job. Thank you The only thing was the noise from outside, which hardly allowed us to have a good sleep. Many rooms are facing the main street. Through the weekend crowds of young (drunk) people are walking downstreet and making terrible noise disrespecting the time (4.5 a.m.). I highly recommend advance booking of room facing the internal yard.

The hotels location is excellent opposite the only remaining part of the original city walls at the Florian Gate. It is only 2 blocks away from the Old Town main square and many bars and restaurants. The tram stops are within easy walking distance offering easy access to all the areas of the city. If you are thinking of visiting Auschwitz and the Sattmines the hotel will organise the trips for you with transport from the hotel at no extra cost, just send them an email. All the staff speak good English as well as other languages. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Great location and very nice reception area- lovely little bar downstairs Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. Previous guest must have smoked in there(smoke detector in the room only) Breakfast area needs upgrading as it is a plain room with no decor etc to create nice, cozy atmosphere . Coffe machine with latte/cappucino would be a great investment

We enjoyed out stay at the Hotel Polski Pod Bialym Orlem. It was ideally situated for everything. Just a short walk to the main square, bus station/train station and many other attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful and spotlessly clean. Reasonably priced . They also organized our trips for us. What more can you ask for. would definitely recommend this hotel. Obviously it is not the Ritz but has everything you need for an enjoyable city break. Would definitlely stay here again.

Hotel is situated perfectly (3 minutes walk from main square) From previous experience we know that it is not easy in city centre of Krakov to find not noisy, quite hotel (it was winter and windows were closed). The personal is nice and smiling. I found no difference with other 4 stars hotel I used to stay before. The bad could be wider in Luxe it is pretty narrow and also arm chairs are not very convenient to sit in. Tv is placed very inconveniently. The paid parking (does not belong to hotel, but it is recommended by hotel) is not safe as we catch the thief trying to get in our car.

Grat location and beatifully restored old building with period furniture and exposed brickwork arches. This hotel could be 4* if it had a restaurant. Centrally located next doors to restaurants, pubs and McD.

Old world charm, tastefully and thoroughly modernised. Rooms spacious and well appointed. Staff friendly, efficient and very welcoming. Perfectly located for the Old Quarter. We loved the cosy all-day cafe/bar and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful facility, historic. Excellent Polish breakfast. Excellent location - could not have asked for better access to the Old City. Even though the windows are meant to block out street sound, the outside noises of late night partiers filtered in and kept the lighter sleepers awake.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is second to none. The place is cleaned daily and spotless. The breakfast is varied and good. The staff were helpful and friendly. They have a nice cosy bar. I thought it was too warm and stuffy as there is no air conditioning. The room was very dreary and dark.

“2min walk to Market Square. Many bars, restaurants, and shopping opportunities just outside the door. English language movie theatre on the corner. Friendly staff full of recommendations and willing to make reservations for you and assist in any way. Top notch staff, accommodations, restaurants at the hotel itself. The breakfast buffet also had something for everyone, from yogurts and fresh fruit, to dry cereal, to fresh fish, scrambled eggs, bacon and croissants. Plus all the water, juice, coffee and tea you want.” Jacquelyn, Dulles |
