the room although it is small it has all the necesary staff included. the hotel is new and very clean. buffet breakfast was excellent. staff was very halpfull and nice the location of the hotel isn`t found by the gps. the road acces to the hotel is through a gas station and a Mc Drive |

Nice hotel with small but modern, cozy and clean rooms. Bathroom is also new and good sized. Very good breakfasts and delicious meals at the restraunt. The staff needs more advanced level of English, it would be very helpful. |

Excellent value for money. Breakfast costs extra but is well worth the 20 PLN (the man on reception initially said it was 30 PLN but reduced to 20 PLN when we hesitated!). The hotel was difficult to find as the name of the hotel had changed from POP to Hotel Systems. Need a taxi to get into town (cost 17 PLN). |

All furniture is new. The sheets are clean and rooms are clean. I really don't know how to get there by public transport from the airport, for example. We hired a car and find it with gps. |

The staff are fantastic, all spoke good english & were really helpful. When we booked we called the hotel directly to ensure it was suitable for a family with a 6 mth baby. They bought us a brand new baby bath (all the rooms have showers) & supplied us with a kettle to make our sons food.Brilliant. The rooms were cleaned everyday & were spotless, the maids were extremely friendly & would leave us extra towels for our water enthuiastic baby! The food in the restaurant (where we ate nearly every night) was superb & you could tell it was freshly cooked. It wasnt a restaurant to eat in if you wanted to eat in a hurry though as the food sometimes took awhile to arrive, thats what you get if the chef prepares it fresh. |

The hotel was very clean and no-nonsense. We didn't really need anything more than a place to stay on our way through Katowice and it was exactly that. Nice, clean, comfortable, and cheap. It was very very very hard to find/get to. Even when we were there we didn't think we were because it doesn't say POPhotel anywhere on the building. |

price clean, hotel is brandnew with ikea furniture near to highway, good for a overnight to airport (which is still at 55 km distance, by the way) very hard to find, print map before you go: behind gass station, follow signs hotelsystem trafic noice, small rooms |

Allmoust impossible to find. Loking for 3 hours for it. You cant,t see the name off the hotel anywhere, but 'Hotel System' on the sign. Situation is middle off nowhere |

This is a new hotel. Very hard to locate since it had no sign on the building yet (POPhotel may not be the right name since the reciept, and everything in the room said hotel systems). If you have difficulty locating it (might not be on your GPS), go to the street that is listed and go to the BP gas station and there is a small service road that runs back to it from the gas station parking lot. |

Personal amabil si bine pregatit, camera si baia foarte curate, pret convenabil, servicii incluse in pret (de care nu am beneficiat din lipsa timpului meu, insa am fost informat despre sauna si jacuzzi). Accesul la hotel e foarte dificil, adresa din rezervarea facuta online nu coincide cu cea din teren. Clientii ar trebui sa fie informati ca se poate ajunge la hotel numai din autostrada. |

Hotel jest nowy, pokój i łazienka bardzo czyste. Obsługa bez zastrzeżeń. Pomimo bliskości autostrady, cicho i spokojne. W pobliżu duże centrum handlowe. Trochę za ciasne pokoje. |

Uprzejma obsługa, czystość, możliwość skorzystania z basenu i sauny, dogodne położenie przy A4- dobre wyciszenie, nie słychać hałasu z ruchliwej ulicy, blisko centrum handlowe. Trudny dojazd - trzeba przejechać przez stację BP przy autostradzie (kierunek na Kraków). Poza tym ciasne pokoje. |
