reception staff was very nice; rooms are specious and cozy

I was very upset about situation with spa treatment. I e-mailed the hotel asking to book time for procedures in advance - the answer was no advance booking is needed, I can book when I come. When all spa procedures were book, no time was available in the schedule. I was a pity because I asked about it very far in advance. As a result I did not have spa treatment. What was the point in stayin in spa hotel then?

it is full of workers from the local shipyards,so you can imagine the bar in the evening.

Had problem about breakfast in the morning, and had to deposit 100 zloty to be served. Later i printed comfirmation from my laptop, from where it showed that beakfast included.

Staff were very friendly and Hotel was in great position for the three towns Gdansk, Sopot & Gdynia. Beach was within5 mins walk and trams also. Hotel was very clean and nice surroundings

Had to pay to park our car there £7 a night

The best part of it was the location-close to the beach.Also clean rooms, swimming pool, family friendly, available inernet

Smoking within the facility and in the dinning room,poor bike seervice( old bikes and not mentained/serviced),no swimming pool schedule and often groups without earlier notice interrupting swimming,poorly informed staff about attractions/nearby stores etc.Overall to pricy for the service it provides.

friendly staff made me feel very welcome and went out there way to help me get around gdansk plus no one would disturb me while i was sleeping and cleaned my room at my convenience.

room had a beautiful view over the park, you listen to birds singing and sea sounds from your bed

bathrooms could be more modern , with new bathtubs and showers...

Trevlig personal, bra frukost...lite dyr frukost kanske, ca 90 kr...Helt okej rum, jag är jätte nöjd iaf! :-) Härligt att få bada i poolen så mkt man ville!

Kaikki sujui hyvin. Pyyhelinat vaihdettiin päivittäin. Henkilökunta tervehti ja oli ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli runsas ja kattava ja myös tuoreita hedelmiä.

Sauna ei kuulunut hotellin hintaan ?

Moja cena za pokój dla dwóch osób wynosiła 130 zł bez śniadania czyli jak na warunki Gdańskie przyzwoicie ale hotel z epoki wczesnego Gierka

Cena śniadania złodziejska za 35 zł na osobę mozna zjeść doskonały dwu- daniowy obiad w pobliskiej restauracji. To samo z parkingiem 35 zł za dobę dla gości hotelowych. I nagle za dwójkę mamy 200 zł i to cała tajemnica "promocji" W nocy było bardzo głośno - brak reakcji obsługi.
