иметь компетентный персонал для распределения забронированных номеров,натуральный кофе на завтраках,улучшить систему чипования ключей. отработать процессы взимания и возврата денег на карту клиенту.При заезде оказалось, что из забронированных двух номеров есть только один, где нас втроем и поселили, хотя мы нет состоим в родственных отношениях пришлось принять это предложение, так как время было позднее и я прилетела с мальты.деньги с кредитной карты у меня были списаны еще до заезда, затем с меня снова взяли деньги за номер,утром менеджер пообещал вернуть последнее списание в качестве компенсации морального ущерба. Однако карта моя до сих пор не пополнилась ни первым списанием , ни вторым. |

расположен в центре, подземная парковка, чисто бронировали номер для некурящих, но был стойкий запах сигарет от предыдущих посетителей |

Horoshij otelj, ochen' nedorogo i komfortno. Vprincipe neotlichetsa ot 3*, prosto tam net lishnih minibarov, bol'shih shkafov. Dlja turizma - best. Snobdit' nomera elektrochajnikom, musornikom v komnate (ne toljko v dushe). Vidavat' wi-fi parol' pri registracii v otele. |

Близко от центрального железнодорожного вокзала, достаточно близко от Old town, пешком можно дойти минут за 40, чисто в номере. Вечером, в день приезда, отсутствовала вода в ванной комнате. Один раз не сработал магнитный ключ для движения лифта. |

Тепло и можно проветривать номер. Тихое удобное местоположение самого отеля, удобный подъезд к нему, была возможность оставить автомобиль метрах в 100 от отеля, но мы ночевали в уикэнд, кажется в рабочие дни это будет сделать трудно. Приятный услужливый администратор. Возможность выбора для курящих-некурящих. Можно остановиться с животными. Есть Wi-Fi. Хотелось иметь в номере электрический чайник. Неплохо увеличить звукоизоляцию в номере. Более дешёвую парковку самого отеля. |

The top location - 2tram stops from the main street, the price( the regular rate is 199PLN but with the booking.com we got as much as 139PLN).the room is generally clean. nice option for a city trip or the shopping spree in Warsaw the bedsheets were stained, the breakfast was totally not worth the price of 20PLN p/p (only bread,some spreads, cheese) - u can get much better options in the city.but all in all its ok. |

The location is really good, staff was very friendly, the room was clean. The price, comparing to other hotels like Ibis, they have a similar price but Ibis has a better infrastructure like: own restaurant, room service, phone in the room and a better shower. The only bad point was the shower, the shower hanger was broken in 3 different rooms. I just don't recommend this hotel because of the price, for 30zlots (£7) you can find a Ibis hotel as well located as this but more complete. Not saying this hotel is bad but that it should be cheaper. |

Price is excellent with the booking discount. Room is very small, but we do not bother it much as we just stay for one night. Convenient location as with only 2 to 3 tram stops from the main station. |

Cleanliness, location, comfortable beds. Absurdly small room - there was no place to leave an open suitcase. :-) Lack of hair-dryer, automatic coffee-maker was broken and there was no possibility to buy a cup of coffee in the morning. |

yes next time perhaps when i visit Poland with my husband. ya there was no chair available when using the laptop at the reception. it was my eid (muslim christmas day) and i wanted to chat with my family and i was finding it difficult to stand and use the computer. |

Good location close to central station. Clean and modern rooms. Excellent prise/quality ratio. WC/shower was small but OK and good water pressure and enough of warm water. Outlook to parking place. Shower rod was broken. Only polish and french channels on TV. |

the location, just outside of the city centre, it was only A 15 MINUTE WALK TO the centre. also, i slept SO well....the rooms are very comfortable, but they dont get the BBC!!!!! while i feel that this hotel was very much worth it, i did feel that the breakfast was overpriced, there werent that many good places around to eat, and it was kind of annoying that the showerhead was handheld. very minor points, however. |

Blackout! My only Polish blackout! Excellent mattress, not too soft not too hard, just right. Close to the train station and bus stops for the Airport. I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic stay, or even a longer stay, but I was just looking for a place to sleep a few hours, and for that it was good, much better than expected, actually. It's a hotel for people in transit, it doesn't feel like home. I entered the room and I felt detached, as if I was leaving already. The "spaceship" prefab wc looks strange (but functional), further contributing to that un-homely feeling. |

This hotel is in the center of Warsaw. The station Zahodnyi is 15-20 minutes away from this hotel and you can go there by yourself not ordering the taxi. If you need to stay in Poland for 1 or 2 nights then it's a good place. i didn't like the noise which was outside, but i got used to it. |
